Very cool treatment technique, definitely will give it a try on a few of my athletes. One thing that came to my attention is that wouldn't the lotion ruined the pads from Marc pro during the milking technique?

Personal Preference. I dont have a sink in my treatment room, so is minly for cleanliness. My hands are pretty callous, so it is also more comfortable for my clients, and they give me a better grip on the instruments and for deeper fascial work

I am about 6 weeks post knee debridement op. I am still having issues with my quad not firing and knee buckling. Would the techniques you just showed be a valuable augment to my normal treatment?

Rafael Rocha He’s an ATC, a Certified Athlete Trainer. It’s a 4 year course to get a BS. You can then get a Master’s or you can sit for the National Exam to get certified. It’s a lot of work. If you get a job working for a college or a sports team be prepared to work a lot of hours. On average between ten and twelve hours. It takes time, but if you want your own business it will take a lot of energy, effort, and focus to market yourself and get athlete clients.
