07:00 My sentiment exactly! If I were to perform a CAC scan and found out that I had some calcium deposits, I would have to start eating a proper human diet without sugar, grains or seed oils, not smoke or drink alcohol, make sure to sleep well and move my body regularly. Well, I already do all that, so what's the point?

I started researching and this is how I found out about carnivore diet. One month of eating beef and his issues disappeared.

The problem with sleeping when sun goes down is that the sun rises and sets at a different time every day (unless you live at equator). How can that be right? And how can you sleep longer if you wake up early and can't get back to sleep?

Hi Judy. I watched this, then saw my favorite RUclipsr "Pets are angels" updated he needs heart surgery. Left ventricular assisted device. Can't help but be compelled to ask if Dr. Wolfson knows any organization that can help in Morocco. Mr. Angel is a kind man who helps pets in a small village. He is about gratitude and caring for others. Off request but with the coincidence, thought I would ask.

My doctor (functional health, ketovore/carnivore himself) told me that high HDL is fine as long as you are eating a very low carb diet. If you eat a SAD diet and have high HDL, then it can be a cause for concern. But just like everything else, nothing we do seems to right according to these influencers. I used to listen to them for good solid info, now it’s all conflicting and stress-inducing. I used to always leave Judy’s podcasts feeling like I was doing the right thing for my health, now I leave feeling stressed, like I need to be wealthy to get the right testing, and that I am a vessel of toxins because everything I do is wrong.

Wow, wouldn’t it be wonderful if they could come up with AFFORDABLE testing for all these mold illnesses they are talking about non-stop. Unfortunately, only those with money are able to get good health. And please don’t push the “it’s for your health, if it was important you’d find a way to pay for it.” No, not everyone can find a way to pay for a $400-$1200 test for mold issues. Then to have the remediation done. Until these influencers make a real effort to make this affordable, only those with means can get healthy. I mean, have you ever looked at Judy’s prices?!?

depends on how much you want to heal. For my clients that ARE living in tents, DYING to heal, I find this message so anti-motivating. We've had people heal in tents and I'll make sure to share one soon. And while she didn't have enough money to tear down her home, she has ideas in ways she can continue to heal and thrive. Mindset is number one, and I hope you have a way to challenge your self-defeating thoughts.

the bigger picture should be taken with his message. If we eat the plants as they were naturally/organically made, we 'should' be able to tolerate some, and I fully support that statement. For many carnivores, if we can't add anything back, not even certain meats, we need to dig deeper. Don't miss the forest because of one small tree (statement).
