This show def seems like it could be a good show like the hand to hand combat style but I do understand where your coming from with the characters I hope they do focus on the characters but my worry is that there will be a lot of time jumps
Great review of a Star Wars series Bob. Won’t waste my money on these woke films.
Of course it looks nice, the show's been in development hell for years and every episode costs approximately $20 million.
I didn’t even think it looked nice, just parts of it. This is definitely not $180 million show.
its really refreshing to see a criticism of this (a valid one too) without the DiSneY HaS gOnE woKe. this show is pretty bad on its own merits, wokeness aside.
That’s exactly what I thought. I thought it was just downright awful.
If you are a fan of the universe I don't think you can ever truly be "done" with Star Wars. You will always come back to see what else they are doing even if you are not happy with the results. That being said, they have so much lore to work with and a concept that's like a goose laying golden eggs.. Disney just need to stop being so silly.

Bland, that is the perfect word for the acting. I was calling it bad, but it wasn't bad really, but bland. I laughed out loud when I 1st saw the Jedi costumes. And the sets.... Thought I was watching Power Rangers in the future past.

I'd watch episodes 3-4 if I were you. There's buzz around them because apparently something controversial happens.
That’s what I started hearing today as well. I’ll probably stick with it just to see what the controversy is.
Which worries me…
I actually really enjoyed this show it connects a lot with the High republic books. And since the Jedi claim the sith are gone in revenge of the sith I’m pretty sure the Jedi will cover up this conspiracy to lower the panic of the people and I really hope the master is Dartg Plageuis or Darth Tenebrous

I actually disagree, i think its great that they are making the point that "the jedi arent as good as you thought they were." Why? well because they are showing us just how much of an institution of the republic the jedi have become in a way that the prequels were never able to do. that the jedi aren't focusing on serving the force so much as they are the republic.
See that’s what I actually took away from the prequels. It was their dedication to the Republic and not to the Force that allows the Sith to take over. At the end of the day, we’re not gonna all agree. I thought it was awful but if it connected with you then that’s all that really matters.

@@PKryik I appreciate the comment. I did truly think that and it’s not because it wasn’t for me. For example, I thought Barbie was a well-made film, but it wasn’t my cup of tea. This on the other hand I thought through the first two episodes has been badly made and I do give my reasons why I thought that in the video. I can understand if somebody has a different opinion, but I did truly think it was awful or I wouldn’t have said otherwise.
They are actually making the force a female in episode 3 hahaha, never going to watch this show.

Man this shiw was boring. There are some good looking sets and effects but the story is lame.
