Dear Hansaji, Should we do this for 15 minutes without any break? Also i didn’t get that thing said in between about one minute gazing the third eye. Can you explain that ?
In my experience ,if i fully relaxed and remain focus on my third eye chakra, sometimes i recognised my eyes were gazing it when i did not notice, and if i choose to open my eyes at that time, it looks like the way that video shows.
