    I didn't know about 15 minutes..I did it any time during study so it crossed more than one hour..please clarify if there is any side effects if done more than one hour as it is a normal hand gesture..kindly reply ma'am..🙏

    Nice information but 15. min. couild be quite long. Will it cause any strain on the eyes? Is it linked to the third eye awakening?

      In my experience ,if i fully relaxed and remain focus on my third eye chakra, sometimes i recognised my eyes were gazing it when i did not notice, and if i choose to open my eyes at that time, it looks like the way that video shows.

      Practise this Mudra for maximum 15 mins. For 1 mins, you should gaze the eyes on the third eye chakra.Gently relax your eyes & close you eyes.
      The mudra should be started with short duration and gradually be increased. Its advised to do it maximum for 15 minutes even when comfortable.
