I appreciate your candor, I too have found a need to hang a somewhat heavy object on my superior foundation walls. I was going to go the snap toggle route but couldn't find any locally and didn't feel like waiting any longer. So I have in my pocket, some Tapcon screws, and that is how I am going to attempt to mount my 42" TV to the wall. Wish me well. I do wish Superior Walls were more forth coming about how they want home owners to work with their products in various real life situations. I've found it difficult to find information about how they prefer you do it, maybe I am not looking in the right areas. Again, thank you for sharing your troubles, you are not alone, the struggle is real.
It all turned out okay in the end, despite the fact that things happen. I mean if worse came to worse, you could have cut out that section of the drywall, built the framing, and sealed it off with a sheet of beadboard paneling....... Let's not go there, shall we? Let's move on to the next task.
