Thanks for posting, but what's with the '80s music video soundtrack? I don't see why that's necessary. I was watching to learn more about this type of foundation. Would have preferred to hear more of you and less of the music.
ICF have integral insulation as good as superior wall and is much stronger. For example Perfect Block, which all has advantage of thermal mass inside the room.
+1. .. Gotta luv this Superior Wall strategy. .. It certainly uses 5000psi concrete efficiently; minimal material, H2O resistant vs 3000psi typically. .. What about the reduced thermal break specification or reduced performance at the minimally insulated verticals, top & bottom sills? .. Any interior thermal mass? ; such as with an ICF foundation?. .. It's 2021, Hydronic Radiant heating pays dividends in a mere couple or 3 years. .. I'm guessing Superior Walls will accommodate the newer graphite infused EPS requests. .. Nice job!

@@mr.anderson70 Thats equally true with ICF foundations. However you should not have to remove any drywall if you are building it out from the foundation. Just add your backing. Good builders will add backing any way in addition to the wood studding. Depends on the quality of the contractor in my opinion.

Superiror walls are a nightmare to attach shelves or cabinets to. You have to tear off the sheetrock and install wood studs.
Can you explain?
