Hella dope, I'm on a Orc Centurion build, the islands of Yneseea/Ynesla (?!?), Esroniet, and Cathnoquey have little to no lore and the lore that is given is just years when the Septum took control of the islands
Anyway, I made my own lore surrounding the 3 islands with the North (Esroniet, closest to Atmora mainland) being home to snow elf tribes (like in the official lore of the islands)
Living on the Sea of Ghosts and being in a frigid environment for centuries made these Orcs more hairy and with a higher fat to muscle ratio..
The Islands positioning also made it ideal for invading war parties from Kamal/Akavir to temporarily stop at before proceeding to the Tamriel mainland, centuries of skirmshes with these war parties, combined with the barren environment essentially made all wildlife diversity (including humanoids) more aggressive for survival and passing on genes
These guys can wield 2handed weapons with one hand (2handed conversion ring mod) and are more resistant to frost/Ice and are more suited to the climates of Windhelm/Winterhold.
Cathnoquey - Being the Northern most of the islands, and furthest away from Esroniet and the Kamal mainland.
-Effectively being an Archipelago of islands, closest to Tamriel mainland and therefore is the warmest (also due to its geographic positioning), made it easy for Imperial forces to subjugate and defend. Centuries of skirmshes with Imperial forces combined with the more tropical climate, made these Orcs deviate heavily from their Northern counterparts. -Orcs from Cathnoquey have heavily been influenced by Imperial standards and therefore adopted their own Centurion/Spartan like tribe societies - Orcs from Cathnoquey have noticeably less hair, prefer Centurion mixed unit tactics and are far more skilled at 1 handed CQC combat as well as Hand to hand combat, making grappling and punching just as deadly as their weaponry (Roman Greco wrestling, rome isn't a thing in TES but I thought the lore was still accurate as Rome had centurions), Nd scale higher on the muscle to fat ratio, compared to their northern counterparts who live in the cold. These Orc tribes prefer short hair that of which worn by General Tulius, along with tied/knotted beard-mustache combos which makes them resemble an Orcish version of Leonidas from 300
You can download multiple Orc long house mods, and imperial/stormcloak officer holds, which put them in your ideal locations, whether in the winter regions or warmer regions.
My current Northerner (Esroniet) character, resembles Nosferatu Zodd except for the hair which is longer, I used 1 handed great swords and put trust in my power to overwhelm my opponents defense by breaking down their guard with speed and brute strength at close quarters.
I do have Effective Blocking mod, which works for NPCS, so I can only damage them from attacks that either go unblocked or break through a guard (my ideal strategy is breaking a guard, then using a kill move to quickly dispatch before moving to the next target)
-My 590 Hp is a lot, but on Legendary I still get half of my hp taken out by normal people like imperial guards who happen to hit me before I time block - this makes the game more balanced as I'm tanky but still killable if not mobile or blocking all attacks - essentially making my character lore, lore accurate by having to engage Berserk rage and use speed to close the gap and quickly kill move my enemy before dying from spells or ranged weapons since my Great sword doesn't block arrows like Shield does with all perks upgraded.
(On level 90, in full legendary Nordic Carved Armor, I kept dying to a damn Necromancer at Falkreath Watchtower, who's damn Spells kept killing me before I could reach him at Close quarters distance).
Nd I refuse to download mods which allow swords to deflect projectiles

Cool backstory! I did dwarven playthrough once and my backstory for him was that he was the most advanced "automaton" the dwarves ever built: a living, breathing dwemer formed from the blood of the other mer races. And when the real dwarves disappeared, he remained in slumber. Only to awake with the return of the dragons and reclaim his right as heir to all that the dwarves left behind.
Funnest shit I played in Skyrim. Just got some dwarven mods and I was off to the races.

"You can use Keening to restore lost health and Stamina"
Yeah, *once.* Lest we all forget that Keening is STILL BUGGED TO ONLY HAVE 1 USE. It has no charge so as soon as you use that enchantment it's gone for good. Only ways to circumvent this (outside of the Unofficial Patch mod) are 100% Destruction spell cost reduction on the Armor, or using the Secret of Arcana Black Book power which also affects weapon enchantments.
Edit: Something that slipped my mind when I made this comment Is that Keening isn't the only cool Dwemmer thing Bethesda screwed up in Skyrim (and Still haven't fixed), the Ancient Knowledge buff is also bugged. Rather than doing what it says in the description, Ancient Knowledge increases the armor rating of everything EXCEPT Dwarven (Ironic isn't it?) So the Mask of Sotha Sil will get a boost, but Wraithguard won't. Also it doesn't increase the speed at which Smithin Levels up, but rather increases how much you improve Weapons/Armor by 15%. It does the same thing in Practice, just not the way the wording makes it sound.

@@Washius Indeed. Especially when you consider that the Switch version of AE had to have a patch after they released AE because the game kept crashing. I even checked to see if Wraithguard fixes Keening; Nope.
So to have Keening be viable you have to either have Secret of Arcana or dedicate multiple pieces of Armor and high enchanting to 100% Destruction spell cost... or do the Resto Pot Loop and put 100% Destruction reduction on a single bit of gear like I do.

This is very similar to a build I did. My character was a Dwemer obsessed High Elf. He grew up fascinated with the lost Mer race and after researching them, he started to believe that the Dwemer were the superior Mer race, this lead to him being an outcast among his people. They would say to him "If they were so superior, where are they now?" This question is what spurred him on. He detested the Daidra and Aidra and had no real intrest in the "common" magics but more in tonal magics. Also when he discovers he is Dragonborn he believes that the thum has a connection to tonal magic. He came to Skyrim to learn more about the Dwarves and explore every ruin he can in the land.

My most recent character (that I've actually continued beyond 2 hours) is Hrun Fire-Heart.
Hrun and his family lived near Rorikstead, farming and keeping up Hruns family lands as best they could. Their life was simple, but it was a happy life nonetheless. The worries of greater men did not touch the happy family... until the Thalmor arrived.
Hruns wife Gunhilda, and his son Frolo, witnessed as a contingent of Thalmor Justicars came to their quaint town, searching for Talos worshipers. Hrun and his family loved the gods, but they were followers of Shor, and did not actively care for the worship of Talos.
Yet despite this, one amongst the people pointed to Hrun and his family as secret Talos worshipers. Petty jealousy had led one of Hruns neighbors to accuse him and his family, knowing full well what would happen.
Hrun watches as his wife and son were butchered by those blasted elves, and he looked with utter hatred upon the man who had pointed his finger. Then, a sword was thrust through his gut, and he was left to die.
Before he could, a man found him and took him in, nursing him to health. The man was a priest of Talos, who had watched from the hills the horrible proceedings below. He assured Hrun that he would survive, and kept him well. When Hrun recovered, despite the wishes of the priest, he set out to find the traitor.
It took him a while, for the man had fled when he discovered Hruns intentions. Yet he did not flee far enough. Hrun discovered the man, and slew him on the streets of Solitude. A Thalmor ambassador intervened when Hrun was apprehended. Only then did Hrun recognize the bastard Rulindil, who had been established as an interrogator in the Thalmor Embassy.
Hrun was apprehended and, at the request or Rulindil was imprisoned in Northwatch Keep. What Rulindil would not anticipate, is that Hrun was crafty, and he escaped from his imprisonment to find his way to Ulfric.
Hrun is a Nord warrior, who I played as an inexperienced warrior. He managed to trek all the way across Skyrim, but he failed his test to defeat the Ice Wraith, and set out to the Companions to grow as a warrior. When he discovered their affiliation with the beast blood, he left disgusted. Eventually he joined the dawn guard, finding that he was again outmatched. Understanding the power of the beast blood, he submitted to its power to defeat Harkon.
Eventually he also discovered his destiny as the Dragonborn, and having seen the division that Ulfric imparted on Skyrim, and discovering that Ulfric himself was an unwitting pawn of the Thalmor, Hrun realized the only force capable of stopping the Thalmor was a united Empire. Hrun fought bravely, and was vindicated when the nord Hrun admired most of all joined his cause. Balgruff showed him his choice was the true one. He went out to drive out the rebels, and reestablish a stable empire and defeat the dragons.

I really enjoyed this video. The ideas for this character are fantastic and I enjoyed your backstory for him as well as your presentation.
A mod that would be fantastic for a roleplaying character like this one who wants to be researching and improving their shouts would be Thunderchild from EnaiSiaion, the creator of Ordinator, which I would also recommend for this character as well since both mods bring in things that would expand and improve the roleplaying of them.
(Edit: This was the first of your videos that I have watched so I didn't know that you already knew about at least most of these mods I mention from here. You mention several of them by name in your Hircine's champion video that I am watching right now. I will keep the rest of this post here anyways in case I mention a few you didn't know about or haven't tried.)
Thunderchild fixes and improves the vanilla shouts as well as adding 29 new ones as well as some buffs your can earn by doing tests of faith for Kyne. The new shouts aren't just gained by finding new words, but rather by meditating within an added library within High Hrothgar upon the meanings of the dragon words thus learning alternate meanings to the words you already know and gaining you the new shouts. This sounds exactly like something a seeker of knowledge and somebody who wants to study the dragon language and become as powerful with the Thuum as they can be.
The part of the Ordinator mod that grabs my attention when thinking of this character roleplay is actually within the overhauled Smithing tree which grants you the ability to create and improve upon Dwemer Autocannons as a new combat option so a person roleplaying this character would alternatively be able to ignore the Archery skill tree completely if they want to and use the Dwemer Autocannons as their primary ranged option. Or you could always take both options to double down on your ranged combat options.
As a general thing I usually recommend people to pick and choose from the mods made by Enaisiaion that interest them. In my experience they are all fantastic, work together well, and all together just do an excellent job of enhancing everything they touch upon, and most of his mods also have a minimalistic version that keeps the things they change closer to vanilla with more minor improvements. One of the best things about his mods is that he makes sure that anything that your character gains from these mods also are also obtained by the npcs of the game, both hostile and friendly.
The mods from him that I always use for all of my playthroughs are the following:
Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim = This mod is a complete perk tree overhaul that adds more flavor and better incentivizes the usage of the perk trees that you want to use.
Imperious - Races of Skyrim = This mod completely changes up the differences in the races making them actually feel different to play as well as adding a new racial perk/power that is gained through a quest.
Odin - Skyrim Magic Overhaul = This mod improves and fixes vanilla Skyrim spells as well as making scrolls and staffs more viable. It also adds scrolls, spells, and staffs inspired by past TES games.
Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim = This mod expands magic in the game by adding 151 balanced and lore-friendly spells, 31 for each school of magic, to be found in all the same ways you can in normal Skyrim. Seeing as this mod is from the same creator as Ordinator you also don't have to worry about the Ordinator perks not working with the new spells.
Thunderchild - Epic Shouts and Immersion = This is THE mod to get for a Thuum user in my opinion for the reasons I stated above. I just love how as I learn the words for the vanilla shouts I can then go to High Hrothgard to meditate upon my understanding of the words to try and learn new meanings to them.
Andromeda - Standing Stones of Skyrim = We all know that most of the original standing stone effects were generally bad and the magic absorbing stone was the only one that was truly powerful. This mod changes that by replacing the effects of all the stones with two new effects that are all handy to have for specific build types or for certain play styles. It also incentivizes finding all of the standing stones by granting a 3rd more powerful effect/power if you have travelled to the locations of all 13 standing stones.
Wintersun - Faiths of Skyrim = A religion mod that is excellent for roleplaying. You can not only become a worshiper of the Nine, but also everything from the Daedric Princes, racial specific pantheons, and a few miscellaneous deities that don't fit into those other categories. There are 50 deities in all that you can follow, each granting their own sets of blessings for praying at their shrines as well as a bonus for being a follower as well as a higher perk/power granted by becoming a devotee after you raise your bond with your chosen deity high enough. You can of course ignore the deities yourself if you're roleplaying an atheist while worshipping NPCs gain the benefits from their prayers.
Summermyst - Enchantments of Skyrim = adds 120 more enchantments while fixing bugs with and improving the vanilla ones to keep a balance so that you will want to use both the old and new enchantments.
I didn't notice it until I was checking on the names of the mods for this posted comment, but he also has a mod called Tonal Architect that adds some spells and upgrades to give more options to Dwemer themed characters.
There are also overhaul mods of his for werewolves and vampires that are supposed to improve and balance them so that they make for viable playstyles even in the late game. I haven't used them yet, and I don't plan on ever making a vampire, but I am planning on trying a werewolf playthrough soon and am looking forward to trying out the mod. He also has a combat overhaul mod that I would try, but I have decided not to risk further modding my combat system since I have it to my liking already.
Huh... I just proofread all of this and just realized that instead of just a comment this was more of a small essay on a set of mods that could be used as well as an advertisement for EnaiSiaion's mods. If you do decide to try out any of these mods I am suggesting sometime then I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

The Dwarven Player home that you can get blew my mind. I though that Hendraheim was amazing as a house, but Nchuanthumz absolutely blew it out the water. Build Dwarven automatons, repair and ENTIRE facility, the home itself is well hidden deep in a cave, and YOU GET A THRONE ROMM FOR YOURSELF!

Since TES 3 morrowind, I’ve had a near obsession with the Dwemer. Kagrenac especially. There’s nothing quite as mysterious as the Dwemer race in the elder scrolls universe.

I'm playing through this character right now but.. I roleplay that after I have become the champion of Hermaeous Mora that one of the may gifts of knowledge he gave me was how to undo the stunted magical abilities. This allows me to began to use various magical skill trees and makes a lot of sense. He taught Mirraak various things and gifted him with many things that made him powerful. So why not? Anyway so after I became champion and worshipped him to 100 percent with Wintersun of course I started leveling my Alteration, some Desctruction, and Restoration and thinking about leveling a very little bit of Conjuration for soul trapping and summoning Ash Spawn or Attonachs. I am really loving this build.

Loving this one, I did a similar one around last Christmas but with orcish gear as I never use it so I thought I'd do a build around it...
Id done a Falmer one just before but had considered for a while going through a few with a few characters each day bouncing around starting with a all steel, then orcish, dwemer, elven, glass and ebony and maybe dragon and daedric... originally when I first had skyrim back in the day I was obsessed with always having dwemer build and did a few but then quit, always loved the whole golden look and bulk giving a sort of exotic Knight look 😄, haven't done a dwemer build since before skyrim came out of the ps4 and xbox one...

I may have commented last time I saw this video, but this is similar to the character concept I used for my eso charater, I tend to have a cast of recurring characters I bring into differnt settings, usually as that worlds "iincarnation" one of my characters is usually a formerly wheelchair bound cyborg who was taken in by my main villian's father, in this setting, none of her usual missing her legs stuff, I'm going to go with something like on an adventure exploring a dwemer ruin shes inured, but the treasure she saught brought her to clockwork city, where eventually they restore her legs with cybernetics.
