- Torch your core with this intense circuit that only uses one piece of equipment - the medicine ball. This super-fast, single med ball workout, developed by Mathew Forzaglia, will crush your whole body and incinerate calories in less time than it takes to watch a TV show.
Warmup (3 exercises with 10 reps each. 3 rounds. No rest.)
Ground to Overhead Press
Toe Taps
Russian Twists
Workout
Perform each exercise for as many reps as possible in 30 seconds. You'll do 3 exercises in a row with no break, then rest for 30 seconds.
Alternating Slams
Reverse Lunge with Rotation
Table Top Situps
Finisher
Perform each exercise for 2 reps, then 4 reps, then 6 reps, then continue adding 2 up the ladder until you hit 3 minutes of work.
Overhead Slam
Med Ball Squat
Mountain Climber

After a decade of becoming a fat slob I've finally at age 40 decided to get fit and this is awesome. I've spent the last 6 months doing 30 minutes every morning on an exercise bike, and now added this workout on top and never felt better.
Best of all I'm completely off my anxiety meds as the exercise, weight loss and healthy eating controlled my mental health naturally

Nice video this, the medicine ball is a great way to work out because it's not your normal workout everyday routine, the exercises you do with both the dead ball and the wall ball is a lot of fun I give my students a variety of exercises to get them in top shape, many of them have lost the pounds and have really toned up.

Just replace with the first workout where he puts the ball to the floor but doesn't release. Alternatively, you could do a forward lunge and add a bicep curl

Nice video this .but there are other ways you can work out with a medicine ball, today I decided to create a Christmas dance workout with a wall ball, not only did it tone up my body but it also worked my stamina it is definitely a fat burner

This is a slam ball ? You can’t bounce a medicine ball they are hard solid ?
This is a wall ball, slam balls dont bounce at all. Medicine ball do bounce but are smaller than wall balls
