DLE 30 vibration dampening removal and engine test

I have removed the garbage rubber dumpeners from the DLE 30 engine. The vibrations were much harder with these. I reassembeld the normal standoffs and try the engine vibrations with modified (rewarded) timeing. You can see the result here.
