I’ve been completely disconnected from the keyboard hobby this past month for personal reasons, but glad I didn’t miss the Type-30 as I’ve been looking forward to that one.
I was into Cupid65 but the actual colors being nothing like the renders bummed me out a lot and chaosera being like "yea is not the same but I like it better this way" in their discord bummed me out even more. Then the price is too high especially considering broads like Neo65 and cycle7 exist (and I got into the GBs for both). But the last thing that put me off of it entirely was the front height. 21 mm is too high for me. The Akko acr pro 68 is 24mm and I hated it. The alopow case is 20mm and it’s pushing it for me, 18-19mm is as far as I’d go.
It is so nice to see the Spring and Z1 switches being on the GB news! One thing I need to mention is that the Z1 switches are not manufactured by Kailh. MZ Studio built its own production line to make these switches. Other than that, everything else looks wonderful! Thank you, Merlin!
KAT classic is real nice, I also think KAT is the best high profile profiles. It would be an instant cop if the numpad was a separate kit or it was KAM profile, which is my second favourite profile.
Maybe I missed it in your past videos and I’m wrong to feel this way, but I don’t recall you bringing much light to the GB issue with Mech & Co. I personally feel like anyone who promotes GBs to the community should also have been alerting the community of the whole Mech & Co situation. Maybe I’m wrong though and you were. 🤷🏻♂️ Edited for spelling error
Not on this show. This particular show exists to showcase what group buys are starting/ending. We talked about it briefly during the few build streams I had during the summer but i didn't make an entire episode focused on it.

With that said, I respect that this is your channel and I don’t expect you to be beholden to anyone other than yourself as to what you do or do not post. @@NoOne-ki3bm Covering drama and controversy has never been a focus on this channel. I tend to focus more on the technical aspect of things. With that said, you give me too much credit for alerts. You probably would have known hours earlier rather than days/weeks if I had made such content.

@@Nagooey If you've been watching me for awhile, you'll know that my preferred layouts are 60s to TKL and I am in fact not a big fan of any ergo/alice/split type boards. With that said, I think it's a pretty cool board, but just not something I would ever consider for myself.

Im actually surprised at how well the front height works. I much prefer 18, but for some reason this works for me too. Hmmm.
Maybe take off Project Keyboard's affiliation. Since... you know...
