Three to four important steps that I could follow next couple if dyas as, minimising mutiltasking activities, setting 1 to 3 work and reward ratio, stoping all notifications, dealing with after X.
come from very humble background, Hindi medium background and I learned English through consistent hard work and practice ,despite having hurdles in my journey I carried through my goal.Listening was my first step-I stopped listening to content in Hindi or my regional language and focused only on English (vlogs, movies, podcasts). I practiced speaking by talking to the mirror and shooting videos on my phone. Reading newspapers aloud daily and writing two pages in a diary every night also helped me a lot. To improve, focus on all aspects-listening, speaking, reading, and writing-just like a table needs all its legs to stand strong! And don't give up on your goals,just believe in yourself ❤️👍❤
3 things I'll complete by this week 1. Creating no phone zone& no multi tasking 2. I'll deal with it after X - notepad...for avoiding distraction and working deep 3. 1. Creating no phone zone& no multi tasking
2. I'll deal with it after X - notepad...for avoiding distraction and working deep
3. Sunday cheap dopamine off day...while working on prime priority work and/or consuming long content ( like doing podcast and being picky at same time)
(Deep down i wanna follow all 8 steps.. and I'll do them, and report this all feels as if I got a ram baan technique thank you ma'am as it all made a difference in my universe.. greetings 🙏🏻)
