I've watched your video the last morning and I made it a point to watch it again in the evening again and make notes on the points you've mentioned to improve social interactions. I went to the office today and took the challenge of striking conversations with at least 2 new people in the office and I was able to achieve that. I've introduced myself to 3 new people and had a long conversation with 2 other people. It was beyond my expectations and i couldn't believe that I did it. The name of the first person was Shubham whom I introduced myself to. All thanks to you for motivating us to accept this as a challenge. Thank you so much, ma'am 😌

I agree this technique really work. I'll add up a point in it that we always don't take initiative is that we fear the thought of revert. People think alot before interacting, that what if I say something and that person is not interested and most of the times it happens and then people stereotype all and then we never initiative a conversation.
But what I do in that time is saying myself that let it be it's okay maybe they are having a rough day instead getting negative about it or stop trying. With that thinking I really ended up talking to so many people around me in a shot span of time.
I can't even tell you how brilliant the video is about improving social interaction with people, dear Alina ma'am. I really want to tell you, people also said to me in the classroom that you are introverted or you speak very little... But it's not true. Whenever I give my seminar or presentation, people are shocked by how amazing my communication skills are. They listen to me so attentively.thankyou for this great 1O1 tracker.😘😘

That's literally me, most of the things i watched in English just by thinking that it will improve my English speaking and ofc i learnt a lot from them and in my mind i became the most fluent person in English speaking but when it comes speak live(face to face) i came to relaise that i don't know anything i am not even able to speak one paragraph without fumbling

I want to share my problems like how and what happens to me when I talk to anybody...
1.First of all I can't even properly deliver what I know , I fumble a lot and forget about the basic things
2. these conversations and things stay for so long in my head ...I overthink a lot and think what others will think of me that he doesn't even know this or can't even pronounce this simple word correctly
3. I think a lot what if I was asked something I don't know how will I deal with it ..
Overall my head is full of self created illusions , I don't know how I can come out of these vicious thoughts 🙃
I often thinks it is only me who faces such sort of problems rest all are born perfect , please help me... if you could make any video related to these things or if you can recommend any of your videos addressing this 😀

I am good at English but I cannot build confidence to speak in front of people as I don't have any friend so I stay quiet at school and I never take part in any speaking activities because I feel that if I will see many people sitting in front of me I will forget what to speak please help me with the same.
