How do you have the rc10r looper plugged into the gx100? I'm trying to use mine were i can hear it thru the headphones without effects affecting the drums
The GX-100 and RC-10 run parallel into my mixer, both in stereo. I use a Zoom L8, which can record on 8 seperate channels. Left and right out of the GX-100 have two channels and left and right of the RC-10 have two channels. From the headphone out of the GX-100 I go into the RC-10, so I can record my guitar playing. Do you want to record GX-100 on RC-10 and hear it back on the GX-100 by headphone? Sadly there is no aux-in on the GX-100 and it isn't possible to use the bluetooth connector with the RC-10. So get a cheap headphone mixer like the Behringer MICROAMP HA400, and put it after the RC-10.
I was curious what IRs will do (because of the common IR-hype). So I bought a pack with classic amp IRs. I experimented, but at the end I went back to the gx-100 factory content. I combine what sounds good to my ears. To my opinion the whole modelling is a big compromise. A Helix AC 30- Sim sounds different from Boss GX-100 ("Diamond") or all the others. Modelling sounds very good - but it is not the original. And even the original only sounds like the original, if you stand right in front of it.
There are many factors which influence the volume... Easiest may be using the Master at the end of the chain. Take your loudest patch and set the master to 80 or so. Store it, than try to make all others equal with higher Master-volumes. I myself dont use a mix of others patches. I try to recreate a real-amp-situation: all my patches come from two or three basic patches around two or three gx-100 preamps (Twin, AC 30 Marshal) like using 3 real amps. The preamp setting I only change a little, no one changes his real-amp settings completely from song to song. The order of effects is like many have it on a real pedalboard: comp, boost/drive, modulation1, preamp, chorus or modulation 2, delay, reverb. I only change drives, modulations, delays, reverbs. Try to find your own system, so you wont have problems with levels. And you ll always know, what the switches do. Using downloaded patches causes often surprises😀
Sounded pretty good. Best Wishes 👍👍🎶🎶🎶
One things I like in GT pedals are the assignments in expression pedals..
Nice work man!
The volume zero is genius
Praying that God bless me with a GX100
Did you get one?
Cái này có dùng được cho đàn guitar thùng không bạn ? Và giá cả ?
Nice job

do you use IRs for cabs? there is an IR Bug where it sounds muddy. do you know if they fixed this?

where do you get the rubber things that you have on the switches?
These are cheap plastic. Look for „footswitch topper“
Is there a way to level the volume of patches to be equal? I have some that are louder than others.

You should put file on tone exchange
Done.
where can we get this?
As I wrote in the description: "I uploaded the patch on Boss Tone Exchange"
@@franksteinhauer2192 lol i found it right after. thank you for the help! i was able to use your patch and adjusted it to my liking !
Do you use an amplifier or a headrush?
At home I use two Roland CM 30 monitors in stereo. Live I play direct to PA out the GX-100. Monitoring we have by in-ears.
@@franksteinhauer2192 Grazie!!!
