Could you do an episode on how to deal with the pain post-breakup. I’m in the phase of really regretting. I know he wasn’t good for me as he was a manipulative one and I’m doing all I can to stay in “no contact” but gosh I have moments where I just miss talking to him. I keep busy and see friends and all but ugh I hate this.
