Things you can do with your GR86 Center Console - OneCarStereo CarPlay AI Box

Running lap times? Review onboard track videos? Watching F1 race? Or running basically any Android App on your GR86 center console? Thanks to OneCarStereo for sending me this AI Box sample for testing, I was able to do all the above on my GR86 plug and play. It also opens up the possibility of creating my own Android App based racing dashboard running on the car center console instead of a small external DIY device.

The easier way is to use a rooted android, enable developer options in the android auto app (rooted), and you can add custom apps, movie apps, RUclips, even mirror your phone screen and play games on your dash, use a ps4 co roller though games are easier that way

I'm tempted to get this and setup a rear view camera that can stream to it, like a GT3 car. Then get rid of the side mirrors to squeeze out a little more aero lol.
Probably not gonna fly with the track day Marshals...

You can actually do it without doing anything lol.
Hold forward and reverse button at the same time then press your tune knob twice on the infotainment. Then hit camera settings,camera settings

i fixed that issue with a short but high quality cable. been over 1 year and havnt had any other disconnects. it would happen every 3 min on shitty cables
