Not bad, I do not want to know what that costs in the US... I have an old expensive 100/10 here in Sweden for approximately $40 per month, which I can get 1000/1000 for if I switch provider. Or half the price for the same speed.
Congrats on getting it solved anyway. Having to move house because the local monopolist can't be bothered would have sucked to say the least. You guys really should consider a free market in telecom services.
But to be honest: Getting fiber to a new villa might cost up to $3000 just for the connection, and they will not have the same amount of competing operators as my in town apartment with a fiber network operated by the counties fiber supplier.

Those 3 guys from AT&T deserve so much credit for what they ended up doing when no-one else there seemed to care. Really glad your back online fully, the house looks great & Barrett looks happy. I hope 2019 is far kinder to you than the last half of 2018 was. :)

Credit for what they did??? Fuck me. I live in Australia. Pick your provider here, you have a new connection setup within 2 days. From scratch...
I used to work for Comcast as an installer. They made me an instructor because everyone gave me great reviews. All it takes is to actually care about people and their situations. I would always do whatever it takes to get people internet access, and even though I was paid piece-rate, I would never walk away from a job where there was still something I was able to try.
2 things:
1. We all love and support you and your channel and we will be here when the times are tough.
2. You have a nice house

It hit hard because while we love Bo's content, it's not often he gives us insight into his more personal life. But I understand
AT&T and most other internet service providers have inexcusably the WORST customer service, sorry to hear you had to jump through all those hoops.
In Germany and in Spain is the same. Horrible customer service.
In Japan is great, like everything related to customer service.
I just recently moved and we didnt have problems with ours. It just took longer than normal because I was going to hook it up myself later to realize there was no where to hook it up at. The next day we called and the day after that they came out and hooked us up
But sometimes you meet that one person that go beyond what is expected from him in that work and that is so refreshing.
AT&T when I got it it would drop to 2 or 1 bar and it would kick me out of a game it was so bad I literally quit gaming for a year but I got infinity and it worked.
Although you guys have no idea how bad comcast’s customer service

Some years ago a company I work for moved to an office. We were a branch city and just had enough numbers to open an office (rather than work from home).
Our office admin people did not include me when signing up and it turned out that the developers of the office site did not need Internet and only had a private cable loop to off-site.
Took 3 months to get Internet physically installed into the Office space and connected. Even then was VDSL over copper.
Your advise is so very true! I had the office admin staff almost daily asking where we were at and was dumbfounded at being asked to impossibly hurry something up that they could have avoided at the start.
Recent shifted house and Fibre connectivity was on the top of my list to purchase!

Glad to hear everything is coming together! When you announced that you had built a new house I was really worried about this exact thing. ISPs are notoriously slow to get service to new developments.
So, I first discovered your channel with a video you posted for WarThunder that had a bunch of short disconnects and rubber-bands and such, and I think your reactions, the way you handled the sheer unplayability of that situation is what hooked me on your channel in the first place. Your videos have always had me laughing, but I've not exactly been a long-time fan or anything. So, as a reasonably new fan, I just want to say that I'm glad you're settling in, I'm glad your internet has finally been sorted out, and I look forward to whatever you wind up putting out. If I can be, I'll be there for at least part of your stream.
