Hi Keith, Wonder if you can help me with a serious FOB issue I have. I purchased a used 2008 Mercedes ML 350 SUV three years ago in Edmonton, Canada. I only have one FOB key for this vehicle & would like to get another one as a back up. I visited the Mercedes dealership here in Victoria, BC Canada to see about getting one and they told me that Mercedes in Stuttgart, Germany no longer provide replacement FOBs for this particular year, 2008. So if I lose my current FOB, I am screwed and guard it with my life. Do I have any other options or not. Please advise. Thanks so much. Love, love, love your videos .. they are so helpful & concise ... have learned so much about my vehicle. All this gadgetry was starting to intimidate me; and you put me at ease. 🙏🏻 🇨🇦

Happy new year. To the only ml350 mechanic I’ll listen to. I have a serious question. Please let me know. My 06 ml350 caught fire out of no where. I got it out luckily before it took my baby away. You know where the back fuse box is? Well the deal under the fuse box is was it was working it’s way to the fuse box. I very much think it started at the tail light. Please let me know what you think and if I can get help. My car will not start but I don’t really wanna risk it due to the wire guards are all burned off. Let me know please. Thank you

Help! I’ve got a question cause idk what I’m doing. So in one of your videos you helped me with my radiator leak and now I’ve got an oil leak. 😫 I know where it’s coming from but.....now my alternator is acting up. The oil leak caused oil to be splashed everywhere and onto the alternator as well. If I spray is down with oil degreaser in the engine will it hurt anything including my alternator?? I’m worried of messing something else up from the oil leak. Any help of info would be great. Thank you so much for your videos as well. They are always so helpful too. 🥰 And hope you enjoyed your holidays and have a Happy New Year as well. ☺️
Wipe the oil up with paper towels. De-greaser if gets into the pulley bearings of the various components in the engine will end of life them with squealing and bearing failure. I would not recommend you doing this. Water has a similar effect.

Could be numerous things. Check engine light on? What codes does it have when scanning?
