Keith, welcome back, you have been great for MB community! Inside the dealer menu, anywhere it says who makes those MBUX such as software / hardware version?
I am curious which company makes infotainment for MB.

Good day sir please I changed my car main battery on my ML350 2007 164 it keeps showing check engine how will it be removed
you should scan the car for error codes. Let me know what codes you get.
Keith, so nice to see you back and energized! My week in the hospital for COVID turned out a lot better than yours did. If you don't mind, can you please answer my question that I posed on your FM Antenna Amp replacement (ruclips.net/video/37oxnTBeGcM/видео.html). I'm trying to get my satellite radio working again on my 2009 ML 350 (says "No Service most of the time) and hoping you can give me some insight and maybe an order of what to try. So far I've discovered the SDAR unit under left rear seat. Tried pluggng a separate sat antenna into this but didn't help. Waiting for replacement SDAR unit I ordered on eBay for $250 to see if that works. If it doesn't, then I'm thinking I need to replace the flat antenna that is between the headliner and roof near the back hatch. I really don't want to do this because I'm not comfortable taking the headliner down like you did but I'll do what has to be done. Thanks! Will
There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the satellite radio issue on your 2009 Mercedes-Benz ML350. Here are some steps you can follow, in order of simplicity:
Check the antenna connection: Make sure the antenna cable is securely plugged into the SDAR unit and the unit is turned on. If the antenna connection is loose or damaged, it may cause the satellite radio to stop working.
Check the SDAR unit: If you have already tried a separate antenna and it didn't help, you can try replacing the SDAR unit with the one you ordered on eBay. If the SDAR unit is faulty, this should resolve the issue.
Check the antenna: If the SDAR unit replacement doesn't work, the next step would be to check the antenna itself. You can try a simple continuity test to see if the antenna is functioning properly. To do this, you'll need a multimeter set to the "Ohms" setting. Connect one end of the multimeter to the antenna cable and the other end to the antenna base. If the resistance is high or infinite, the antenna may be damaged and need to be replaced.
Check for physical damage: If the antenna and SDAR unit both appear to be functioning properly, it's possible there may be some other issue causing the satellite radio to stop working. Look for any visible damage to the antenna or cables, and check for any loose or damaged connectors.
It's important to note that satellite radio signals can be disrupted by physical obstacles, such as tall buildings or trees, as well as by atmospheric conditions. If you are in an area with a lot of interference, it may be difficult to get a clear signal.
@@iRepairAutos Thanks for the response Keith. I rec'd a used SDAR unit from eBay and plugged it in. Satellite radio now works 95% of the time (better than previous 5%) BUT now AM/FM/weather no longer work so I am assuming that the XM antenna is fine (hoping on this) and the used SDAR unit I got is defective on the AM/FM/weather side. Finally decided to send my unit up to Hi-Tech Electronic Services in Van Nuys to check/fix it. Will cost $200 - $400. Noticed after I took the SDAR unit out of the MOST loop that nothing works now. Ordered a fiber optic loop closer on Amazon and will plug that into the fiber optic ring that normally plugs into the SDAR and see if my CD or AUX works again while I wait for my unit to be returned. Will report back on progress.
Do you have any new videos regarding these settings?
