this was before China flooded eBay with cheep knock offs. they have a habit of copying a copy of a copy which makes for real sloppy lever action and the cheep ones have premature fading.
MrPanangelo yes they were made in China. we actually had our own molds made, then machined, and had them lazer engraved. we bought and sold probably tens of thousands of them. then other companies that do not care about quality, copied and sold inferior copies of these with poor finishes and ruff sloppy action. usually you get what you pay for.
