Dr. Mike had ALOT more to say about V Shred that we couldn't fit in this episode, to watch the super extended and uncensored version, become a channel member! bit.ly/37esL8i
Something you omit saying about the vshred guy is that this guy is young and naturally ripped, I used to be that way not doing anything, some people are just lean and its frustrating seeing guys and girls that you can tell are naturally lean pretending being that way by training or supplements, also when you are in your 20s you should shut up and not give advices, give advices if you are lean at 50 ; I had 6packs at 35 I could have bullshitted social media about training but that’s just dishonest ; when you have a lean body type you are lean your whole life unless you really abuse bad foods…
His name is Vince Sant. I went to high school with him and he trained at the same gym as me back then. Dude was always an absolute creampuff in terms of training and also one of the most narcissistic guys I had ever encountered. When he stsrted getting slammed online regularly it was a thing of beauty to me 😂😂
I had a free consultation with a VShred rep. At the end they told me a six month program would cost me $6,000 about a thousand dollars a month, for a diet and exercise plan. I explained to the rep/trainer that I literally had no money in the bank and didn’t know where rent would come from that month. Their response was “then get a loan, what is your health worth to you?” I couldn’t believe they said that. So disappointing and scammy.
"At the end they told me a six month program would cost me $6,000 about a thousand dollars a month," - Yeah, 6k over 6 months is 1k a month, not sure you had to clarify that.......
@@noherekruger3738 ironic lol, not sure you needed to comment. Pointless and provided useless clarification… I bet you’re the fun one in your friend group😘
As a woman I need something like this done on every channel on RUclips fitness for women/girls. That is so much misinformation and pushing products instead of talking about facts and safety during fitness and workouts that is scaring me, honestly. I am happy to watch this guy talking about science, logic and spilling facts. I feel that the kind of approach he has is the best. I am tired of being just a target for market campaigns when it comes to my wellness. And last but not the least it is a shame that I need to randomly discover this channel to get some in-depth conversation about wellness.
And yet he still getting his bag… And all these vids just boost his online footprint So as much as I think he’s a joker (more so since other TV doctors now hopped on board) he still getting his bag
unfortunately I worked on his phone sales team for a while before I knew the real info. so bad. Lies, over pricing (we were told to sell the $5k package, which was NO different than the 2k package), garbage science, bait and switch and a toxic work environment. Best day ever was quitting.
Thank you for your honesty and integrity mate, there are people like myself out here who used to be in shape, but in my case have ended up with spinal cord injuries and are desperate to feel better and fit again. When people like V-Shred dangle the carrot it's hard not to get drawn in, you just want to be better again but you know you can't exercise like normal people do so you'll take whatever is on offer. Combine that with painkillers that don't help your judgement and you can end up very poor very quick, a situation that when you're already down, you don't need kicking... I wish you the best in your current employment.
The mere existence of a 5K package in conjunction with any kind of health/fitness regimen is absolutely wild. Like at that point you need to be giving twice weekly massages and a supply of T and blue pills plus maybe chauffering me to the gym each day and my kids to school, i cant believe people sign up for this nonsense
I hate that "natural product" stamp god damn. Like you said lots of products are natural yet not stamped as natural. Not only that but being natural doesnt make a product good... like I like to pick mushrooms in the woods and most of then are dangerous 😂 yet their all natural
I haven’t seen any of his ads in like a year. I don’t really work out like that bc I do blue collar work and it makes me too sore to work efficiently. but I knew he was bs from the beginning
I fell for the scam of V-shred. I bought 1 order of test boost max and burn evolved. Upon purchasing it sent me to a page that wouldn't let me advance to my order until i watched this 30 minute video of him saying I should buy a 6 month supply, i select no and it sends me to another 20 minute page telling me i should buy a 3 month supply, I say no and it sends me to a 30 minute videos saying I should add another product to my order. I said no and it sent me to another 20 minute page saying I should buy a 3 month supply of the thing I didn't want. With that being said, after almost 2 hours of trying to order a single product I was finally sent to the order confirmation page and completed my order. The product came fast enough and I tried it, added it to my diet routine and workout routine and it made 0 improvements. Absolute trash products!! Scam all the way!
Same here, but I’m working out like a beast so it’s the mental thing for me. I believe I’m going to see results no matter what because I think I have something that’s helping me even though it’s my natural testosterone. I’m not taking any test. It’s my natural supply. I just wanted to cut 5 pounds off my, love handles and get my arms and shoulders back
V Shred is legit. Not only did I lose 50 lbs of fat while gaining 75 lbs of muscle in 2 months, but my wife is now satisfied, and my parents are back together! All while eating donuts! Thanks V Shreds!
@@fitness3447 enough to get my parents back together. They blabbered something about a united front to help my mental condition but that’s neither here nor there… V Shreds, baby!!!
I'm actually glad to see this. He may look like he does on the outside but he has no medical knowledge at all. Anyone who looks in the camera and says that fresh eggs and red meat are metabolism killers, and that eating carbs does not contribute to fat gain, is completely wrong. The only thing I agree with him on is H.I.T.T But no don't do keto, paleo, etc and fasting doesn't work. Give me a break!
I’m so glad I found your channel. The fitness industry is saturated with BS. Thank you for trying to help real people trying to get in shape or improve their physique
This commercial has been a peeve of mine for so long. It’s so clearly full of s***. The recent inclusion of Dr. Drew into it has put the final nail into the coffin of any respect I had for him. Thanks so much for telling the truth. You have earned the subscription and I’ll be checking out your content.
I used to really respect Dr. Drew when he was doing Love Line with Adam Corrolla because he stuck to his field of expertise and seemed to give out quality advice to people, but post-Love Line, he started acting like an expert in everything in his attempt to schill for product endorsements and publicity. Not too disimilar to Dr. Oz.
Omgggg yes! I tried to watch the video to get the tips to get the results and they never came. One hour of pure repetitious nonsense and no real information
@@brandonb.5304Bill Nye is the same way. Nye is an engineer and acts like he is the last word in anything in the science field. Bill Gates too, who is just a software nerd and suddenly thinks he is equally as smart in every other industry because he had success in one.
Just got this video recommended by youtube, did not think i would like it.............. but in the end it turned out way way better than i thought. Those little moments when you almost go nuts, earing the claims vshred does.... those are the pearls.
Thank you for taking this scammer down. I see his videos everywhere and have been waiting for an authority to provide a reality check. You did not disappoint.
This is America. The wild west of snake oil salesmen. If you want to sell a pill as a medication, you need FDA approval (a $20B, b for Billion, Bribe) to legally sell it. But if that same pill is sold as magic to cure all of your problems, (except financial) it is legal to sell. Even at a higher price.
Wish I would have watched this last week... I was scammed. I should have known. better. I think it was the portion with Dr. Drew, that got me. I'm not sure it's really him or dubbed like all these new weight loss supplements are doing these days. I was struggling with breaking a weigh plateau. I was frustrated, so I fell in... hook line and sinker. Fortunately, I'm only out $175. I'm supposed to get a metabolism call tomorrow, I'm going to cancel. I'll see what the supplements do and then decide if im going to cancel. I'm not optimistic at this point. Ugh.
@li8164 - Sorry to hear that. :( I will say I did get the RP Hypertrophy App for 1 month and it is actually doing everything it said it would do. Creates and helps track a very good workout. Hopefully in a month I'll see some results.
The fact that V-Shred is still around, after everyone blowing him up for years now, says so much about the current state of the fitness industry. EDIT: And I guess it also says a lot about the general public’s perception of fitness, too.
Not the current state. Just always. I mean...gyms used to have those machines that used a leather belt attached to a motor to vibrate your gut. People have always been dumb and/or gullible.
@@pierrea3094 but he’s part of the fitness industry. And anyone who consumes content (including advertising) generated by the fitness industry is, by definition, also part of it, at least tangentially.
I’m glad I found this channel. I’ve been trying to get started on my fitness journey and there’s so much misinformation out there. I started in March and so far I’ve lost 49 pounds just with diet and exercise, no supplements or drugs. Looking forward to more videos.
This was hilarious. I’m joining this channel just because of this video…. and because Dr Mike seems to be one of the few who actually knows what he is talking about.
Welcome. Be ready for lots of Dr Mike's humorous off the cuff rambling and the same few, solid, reliable, proven, true pieces of advice over and over again.
As a personal trainer... Thank you for you service. I've been wanting to do something like this for so long because people are being so misled. Props brother 🙏🫡
@Senayoshy an on going battle of not feeling worthy enough while others with far more credentialis do it as well. Also an overly critical self image that makes me quite camera shy. 🤷♂️ Working on it though 🙏
I love your commentary and sarcastic NYC attitude. I appreciate your assessment and the knowledge you drop throughout the evisceration of Mr. V Shred. As a former CUNY employee, I'm surprised you didn't mention it during your opening intro "... a professor at Lehman College, in the Bronx, 'a member college of the City University of New York, the largest urban university in the world', in New York City, yada yada yada"
Watched a few minutes of his video and said yea I figured it out. Started walking 20+ miles a week on the treadmill and lifting very light weights, cut out sugar, coke, Pepsi, cookies, junk food, bread, pasta, pizza and fast food and lost 20lbs and 3 inches from my waist in 2 months. Came off 1 blood pressure med. probably gonna come off the other. My point. Get up and move. Walk, change your diet. Give it time and you’ll see results. It works. 231lbs 11/22, 181lbs 10/23.
I couldn’t help but laugh at the “body type quiz”. I knew my body type. Out of shape and unhealthy. On my way to better health, nutrition, fitness and performance thanks to Dr Mike and RP. Off all bp and cholesterol meds. I still need to watch more RP videos on nutrition. I feel that’s where I’m lacking the most. Nothing tastes good anymore. Thank y’all for the time and effort you put into this channel and community.
There's a bunch of people who deserve it more I would say 😅 it's not his fault that he is literally retarded (IQ under 80) extremely good looking and gets used to make money by a few dickheads 😅
Thanks for sharing. Have seen V Shred's RUclips commercials, but have never believed his remarks about cutting cardio. Running (and interval running) is/are the most (or one of the most) efficient calorie-burning and cardio-strengthening activities save swimming. Period.
I’m so glad this video came out. I’m so sick and tired of this guy saying to stop doing cardio and cutting carbs while trying to lose weight. I’m 51 years old and I gain weight extremely easily. I have always been active. I competed in gymnastics and played soccer for years. When I graduated high school I joined a gym and have been working out in gyms since. I hated running but had to do it because of sports. I am a lucky because one day I was running and all of a sudden while running up a hill something happened and I picked up my speed and have loved running ever since that day. I have health problems including rheumatoid arthritis so I have to be careful. I bought myself a treadmill a couple years ago and I run about 25 miles a week and walk at a fast pace on the highest incline for about 10 miles per week. When I’m running it clears my head and I feel great. I build muscle easily so I’m motivated to weight train because I will see results. When I was 19 I ate little to no fat, sugar and low calories. I saw zero results. I added protein and cut carbs and saw a huge change. I know what it takes my body to get results.
Exactly this. I have PCOS which my doctor explained to me as this. 1. If he checked my BLOOD SUGAR, I'd be fine because I'm non-diabetic. If he checked my INSULIN levels, however, they'd be through the roof. Because as someone with PCOS. I'm insulin resistant. 2. In people with PCOS, the body basically gets confused about the extra insulin. It doesn't know what it is, and for some reason assumes it's estrogen. So our bodies assume we have an excess of estrogen, which is why we're infertile. Because we basically become our own birth control. So what do those two things mean? It means if I eat a bunch of carbs, spike my blood sugar, spike my insulin WAY fucking high, then my body is going to assume I have a ton of estrogen in it and it's going to cause me to pack away fat. If I CUT CARBS... my BS stays low, my insulin stays low, which means I have "decreased estrogen," which means I can actually burn fat and lose the weight. And as I lose the weight and my hormone levels balance out, my infertility MAY line out. It's why women with PCOS get pregnant so easily after bariatric surgery a lot of times (provided there aren't other issues going on) Yeah, that Vshred guy is a moron. Test different things. You may not have a varying "body type" but you might have conditions that cause you to lose weight differently than others. If I cut calories alone, I'm getting nowhere.
Hi there, I was recently diagnosed with RA and am struggling to do any exercises whether cardio or weights due to the immense pain I’m in, currently. You are an inspiration to me.
V-Shred did make me spend money... He did make an impact in my life... After seeing his commercials over and over I had to give in. I just could not deal with seeing him with a box of donuts, so I headed out and bought a box myself, what an amazing night that was thank you V-Shed!

OMG as a Fitness/Personal trainer, I appreciate you for speaking the truth regarding science and health. So many people are misled on fads and will fall for everything because they’ve tried every other fad and looking for quick fixes. No one wants to put the work in. The fitness science and industry is constantly changing and we need to continue to be educated with CEC’s to stay on top of the science. Thank you for honesty in this field. I just subscribed.
Yuuuuuuuuup. Everyone wants a quick fix. And the ones who come in the gym are not educated on the fundamentals of what muscle group works. I see a lot of young dudes who go hard and not taking into account or consequence of injury
I'm trying to put in the work but idk what I'm doing wrong. I've been eating almost 90% produce for the last year just because I like it. I feel a lot better but didn't lose any weight. I now eat almost 50% produce (oranges, apples, mangos) the rest vegetables, chicken, rice, potatoes. Now I lift weights and run. Lost 10ish pounds in the last 1.5 months but can't seem to drop anymore weight. I need to but it's the only non healthy thing about me so I'm trying to focus on getting stronger so I don't think about the non weight loss

I did exactly that. Eat less, lifting weights, and enough protein, pre-workout, creatine. When I started that program I was 310lbs. And in one year I lost 75lbs.
Okay -- I am so gratified to see your work on this video. Everytime I see this guy, I want to throw something. I'm 50 years old; I've been at this for over thirty years and suffered every mutation of the fitness-seeking lifestyle (including being 100 pounds overweight and having to fight back from that). I went to college. I took Bio, A&P, kinesiology. Steady state cardio works the things you don't see but very much benefit from: heart, lungs and metabolic efficiency (the ability to support sustained activity). Try to function without these abilities, or with them severely diminished (as happens with age and inactivity). When you do train this capacity, it's not as much a difference you can see, but then you look back and say, "Wow, I started out biking five miles, now I'm doing twenty-five, and I move much lighter and more free." Thank you for doing this work and bringing it to the public. You have a new subscriber.
As soon as I heard one of his ads saying “women over 35 should stop doing cardio to lose belly fat”, my bullsh*t meter went off… I have been in good shape and fairly happy with my body for years thanks to an adequate diet and mostly cardio with some light weight training. No one can convince me cardio isn’t important.
I LOVE both HIIT and steady state running, if you're only burning 300 calories in an hour you're not running fast enough (or you need to add in some hills/resistance.) The great thing about running is, if you get to the end and you don't think you've worked hard enough just tack on a mile or two and go harder. I find that I have trouble and usually injure myself by throwing on extra sets of weights (unless I do something like bare bar and super high reps.)
I loved using the elliptical at a high resistance as my first workout of the day. 30 mins, level 15-16 at a fast pace bc it felt so dang good. Like trance for my brain. I was leaner when i did that with evening lifting than I am now with only lifting. Plus not as clear in my head. I love the lifefitness elliptical but the gym I have access to now has precor and I hate those lol.
Thank you for roasting this guy. I hate seeing his ads. As an ultramarathon runner, it is the worst hearing him talk about cardio being too hard and a waste of time. I can safely drop 20lbs in 2 months with running, faster if I restrict my diet (not everyone can run this much of course). V Shred is the guy who skipped every physiology class only showing up on project presentation day after scanning the class slides at 1am the morning before 😂
if you cant run as much you can just go hiking up and down a hill a dozen times a day. theres no excuse for not doing cardio if you want to lose weight. i drink like a sailor and eat whatever i want and i can still lose weight by walking a couple km a day. the key is doing it consistently, and people that are too lazy to either accept that or put in the hours try to take shortcuts by paying money for stuff that doesnt work.
I’m no scientist, I used to work out religiously, I read into it and put it to use, I got results from cardio, weights, proper sleep, and most importantly what food I was eating. Your video just simplified working out in 20min, thank you!
@JuliusTurner-hm6ff But....there's literally no such thing as body type. somatotypes (ecto-, meso-, endo- morphs), which is what they mean by "body type" is not a real thing.

Thank you so much for being vocal against this guy who takes advantage of people's insecurities! My husband follows a lot of reputable fitness instructors and DESPISES Vince. Love this! If I'm not wrong, I think I heard him stumble on the word "connect." That was approaching the limits of his scientific knowledge, apparently.
Very glad to hear this. I thought it was just one more "me failure". Tried VShred. The "coach" was a sales person and the rest of the program was absolutely NO DIFFERENT than any other "diet and exercise" program.
Those evil hilariously honest reviews are priceless. Also, the video editing and self-irony have reached an incredible level. Props to y’all, Mike and Scott-The-Video-Guy
All this fitness stuff is so complex man, doesn’t have to be. I just run 4-6 miles a day and do kettlebells a few times a week. Always mixed volume and weights. I went down the V Shred funnel late one night watching these videos when I was feeling old and tired. I thought $60 for some forever videos and routines was reasonable enough. Then I got trapped. For about an hour I had to keep watching 1-3 min videos and hitting no thank you on everything from supplements to protein powder to more tailored programs. I was so frustrated and angry that I vowed to call to get my money back and never looked at anything again. I didn’t care if he was the most legit and knowledgeable person out there. I just never wanted to see his face or hear his voice again.
I'm so sorry you went through this experience. People's health is serious. For this guy to give false information and false hope to people that want get in shape and healthy is a shame. I hope you do get a refund on your investment. You can also give a bad review because he cares more about making profits over helping people achieve their fitness goals.
@@ShaundiGoins Every one gives a bit of truth in their platforms. I did read a "body type" workout article in Men's Health & Fitness years ago. Not everything pertains, and if you know your body, and do your own research, you can pick which is best for you.

If anyone is interested in a little story about weight loss: In my time at the military, we (our regiment), had a one month basic training programm. At start we had men of different sizes and weights. I was super skinny and weak there was another guy who was about 1.85 m tall and weigh about 140 kg, because he was also quite fat, like, you could see he was very chubby. Anyway, everyone had to do the same excercises, running, combat training etc. as you would expect at the military. We all ate A LOT because the training was super hard, I can't tell the amount of calories to be honest, but just imagine yourself having next to no time to eat, and put everything that is fat and full of carbohydrates etc. onto your plate, like a little mountain and basically inhaling everything of it in like a starving animal. Anyway, after that one month, I got quite shredded, still slim, bit very well defined and I made push ups with 60 pound on my back for fun with 10 repetitions (as comparison, I couldn't barely do 15 proper push ups at the start of the programme without any weight). I could do 40 push ups without weight afterwards, (remember just 1 month of training and we didn't get much time to rest, I was basically exhausted) But my gains weren't impressive at all, way more impressive was my fat buddy after that month. He lost 40 kg of weight, his fat belly nearly disappeared and he ran 10km like everyone else at a fast pace.(before he broke down after 2km!) So every fitness youtube who tells you cardio etc. is bad for weight loss, getting shredded etc. blah blah blah, it's all bullshit. I shit you not, if possible, join a military basic programm and you WILL get shredded, stronger, faster, leaner etc. Work hard and EAT a lot, anything else is bullcrap!!! Ps: One little detail: Our officier, was an active spec ops soldier who got really pissed, that he was forced to train us little shits at basic training instead of remaining at his unit. So, I'm pretty sure the training was slightly harder than the average joe training programm 😂.
That guy was still eating way less than he did before going in the program. You can't out-exercise a bad diet. As just one little example, yesterday I did a regular crossfIt workout for an hour and then did 160 burpees as part of a separate challenge. I burned 400 calories. I can easily eat 400 calories of chips or cookies in 2 minutes, annihilating that entire workout, and then I'll keep going until I've eaten 2000 calories worth of those chips or cookies, easy, in 10 minutes. And if I didn't intentionally leave it myself, I could do it again later the same day, and keep doing it every single day, no problem. The simple fact is that your formerly fluffy friend lost most all that weight because he was eating less than he had been. I apologize if that wasn't the point of your story, but it seemed like it was.
Well its def different when in a military program since you have only so many times a day you can eat and for the rest of the day you are working out. Well in the world where we are all working for a living. Thats not something anyone can do. I am a woman so my routine is different than men. But either way, none of us can work out all day. If you can work out literally all day. Then yes you probably can eat alot. Bc ur working it off & then some. When we are only limited to working out a couple hours a day, then we are limited to how much we can eat
@@laceystrattonwhitehead1199 Since I know both world perfectly well, I'm certain, that even with full time work, it's absolutely possible to get shredded, even with kids, and I that's not hear say, it's personal experience. That entire story is basically just proving that if you're expending more calories than you're consuming and doing resistance training, which can include cardio, then you will lose weight and build muscle lol. Yes you are eating 1000-1500 calories per meal 3x a day but you are marching, moving, and doing PT for 12-14 hours a day too. You burn through the calories from those meals in a matter of hours, leaving little to none stored in your liver so naturally your body will then rely on fat stores and muscle to burn until new calories are introduced. That is the foundation to fat loss. You are definitely creating a 500 total calorie deficit or more per day most days within that month period, so yes you will lose weight. And due to the exertion on your muscle groups you will also develop more muscle mass and get stronger as long as you are consuming enough protein.
I've always known he was full of it, but it's wonderful to hear someone smarter than me describe the how and the why, and in a way that is hilarious! Excellent reaction/takedown video!
He didn't cite a single study or article to support his counterclaims in this video or the description. To be reductive: nothing he stated was any more or less convincing than what V Shred stated. Little hypocritical if you ask me. And no, I'm not a V Shred fan, he's obviously a complete tool.
@@bathynomusgiganteus2916it’s an off-the-cuff reaction video, played more for laughs & entertainment than a serious debunking. I love this, as a v shred victim in his early days. 😂 I do need to call you out on your vitamin D comment though. Here in MN, many (I would say the majority of us) people are low on vitamin D. We only see the sun around half of the 3 months called summer, so it is a fairly widespread problem.
Not if you’re eating a well balanced diet, that’s his point. If you have a lot of sun, you’ll be getting more vitamin D than people without, obviously, but if you’re eating a well balanced diet? you’re getting enough to be healthy. How has your entire population survived to this day without chronic illness if you aren’t ? 😂😂😂
I used to live in London and I was measuring vitamin D levels after hearing foreigners from more southern latitudes experienced deficiency due to their darker skin colour (actually even Europeans can have the same problem although to a lesser degree), my levels came low, I started to take a supplement and it eventually came back normal, this certainly needs to be monitored and acted upon if needed.
I almost got sucked into a VShred program, 'glowing' reviews was a definite red flag... highly suspect. Good thing I did not just jump in with my credit card because I tune in to Dr. Mike
Its not v shreds fault . he's simply a hired actor hired because he " fits the suit " . everything he says is written off a script given to him by the owners of the corporation he works for .. Thanks for posting this. I tried focusing on hit cardio instead of jogging, because my knees can't handle the impact of jogging anymore, but I simply got winded and saw little in way of weight results. Hit, is best as warm ups just as I did in the military. Hilariously, after this video was over, the RUclips algorithm threw a Vshred ad on my screen.
Apparently, when he says "we", V-Shred is in fact speaking of a collective. It's actually a fairly well-funded and very sleazy company. That dude is not just some bro with his own RUclips channel, it's just cultivated to look like that. He's the face of a marketing ploy. That's why V-Shred is everywhere, persistently, even though it's nonsense. There are some very good V-Shred debunking videos on RUclips that go through it, documentary-style.
Dr. Mike had ALOT more to say about V Shred that we couldn't fit in this episode, to watch the super extended and uncensored version, become a channel member! bit.ly/37esL8i

Right!! Thank you!
It's why women with PCOS get pregnant so easily after bariatric surgery a lot of times (provided there aren't other issues going on)
Yeah, that Vshred guy is a moron.
Test different things. You may not have a varying "body type" but you might have conditions that cause you to lose weight differently than others.
If I cut calories alone, I'm getting nowhere.

This is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t put my finger on why I had an adverse reaction to this v shred person…I’m no doctor nor am I even in the realm of a health expert but I do have a bullshit-o-meter and this video proves that my meter is in tact!
Preach! Same here. 💪🏾
💯
I went to school in NYC to become a personal trainer. They ripped on VShred but we watched a lot of Dr Mike videos! Love your content!
Dr. Mike is always super funny and informative, but this video unlocked a new level.

If anyone is interested in a little story about weight loss:
In my time at the military, we (our regiment), had a one month basic training programm.
I could do 40 push ups without weight afterwards, (remember just 1 month of training and we didn't get much time to rest, I was basically exhausted)
But my gains weren't impressive at all, way more impressive was my fat buddy after that month.
He lost 40 kg of weight, his fat belly nearly disappeared and he ran 10km like everyone else at a fast pace.(before he broke down after 2km!)
So every fitness youtube who tells you cardio etc. is bad for weight loss, getting shredded etc. blah blah blah, it's all bullshit.
No gym needed. Bodyweight is enough. But well, no discipline, no results.
That may sound harsh, but nothing exceptional comes from just finding excuses.

I do need to call you out on your vitamin D comment though.
Agreed, here in Canada, same thing. Most are deficient.
You're a little freaking hottie Tara

I used to live in London and I was measuring vitamin D levels after hearing foreigners from more southern latitudes experienced deficiency due to their darker skin colour (actually even Europeans can have the same problem although to a lesser degree), my levels came low, I started to take a supplement and it eventually came back normal, this certainly needs to be monitored and acted upon if needed.
