    omg, they grew up so fast in just one year 😮
    my hair was so long (hip length) and i did a very short haircut (bob length), it's been 2 years since then and it's just at a mid-back length
    i don't know how much time it's gonna take before it gets to the length that i want to reach (tailbone length) 😭

      My hair tends to grow pretty fast, but I would suggest eating lots of food high in omega's or take omega supplements! Biotin also helps :)) I hate the growing-out phase but it helps to find cute hairstyles for your length in the meantime. Good Luck!

    im about to get this but a couple months after its done can you curl it sometimes for events?

    • @sarahkriisten
      @sarahkriisten  5 лет назад +2

      Yes you definitely can! You can style it however you want, and after washing it, your hair will dry back to the straight perm :)

    Is your hair softer now ? I’d mine done a few hours ago and it looks so dry and damaged .. I’m so disappointed. I have a soft curly hair and now it’s straight but not soft at all :(

    • @sarahkriisten
      @sarahkriisten  5 лет назад +1

      Oh no :(( Well for me personally, the days after the treatment my hair felt soft to the TOUCH, but it was actually pretty dry and tangled easily. But once I washed it after the 72 hour period, It dried soft again! The ends are definitely dry/damaged though. I would suggest using deep conditioners or anything that advertises as a "keratin deep treatment", or use argan oil for the ends!

      sarah kristen thanks for the tip I’ll definitely do that. Thanks again Sarah :)

    Hello!!! Just wondering if you had any pricly feeling on your roots?? I recently got my hair done and it feels kind of odd lol. And do you know what product they use? Thank you!! 💛

    • @sarahkriisten
      @sarahkriisten  5 лет назад +2

      Hi! No that didn't happen to me! 😮The only pricly sensation I felt was during the treatment while the chemical was processing in my hair and they had the heat machine rotating around my head. It only lasted for a couple mins and it was more tingly heat than a prickle sensation. Maybe you could be allergic to the chemical? I know the first time i got mine done they used the Shiseido brand, im not too sure about the 2nd time :( I know other products used by salons are YUKO and Liscio, I hope that helped! 💗

    • @leonorsamayoa4429
      @leonorsamayoa4429 5 лет назад

      @@sarahkriisten yeah! They used the yuko on me. But my head just feels really wierd right now. I'm going to go back and ask what happened because this avoids me fro. Having any volume. My hair will not flow. Lol😭 thank you so much!!!

    • @sarahkriisten
      @sarahkriisten  5 лет назад

      Leonor Samayoa You should! I know I for sure didn’t have any volume for the first 2 weeks, my hair was literally so flat and pressed on my head lol but after my roots grew in for a couple centimeters I got some volume back😅 I was worried about it too at first, but if you’re experiencing some uncomfortable sensations then you should def see your stylist!

    What state/city did you get it done?

    • @sarahkriisten
      @sarahkriisten  5 лет назад

      The first time I got it done was in Dallas Texas, then the most recent time that I vlogged about here I got done in Austin Texas! You can find salons pretty much anywhere that do this type of treatment, it's good to research them first!

    Can I do this if my hair is sorta wavy and not actually curly or really wavy

    • @sarahkriisten
      @sarahkriisten  5 лет назад

      For sure! I would say my hair is slightly wavy naturally, i don't have a defined curl pattern but It gets wavy/frizzy and It worked out great for me. Anyone can get it done! :)

    Can you still curl your hair and it holds; with a curling want etc...seriously considering getting this treatment

    • @sarahkriisten
      @sarahkriisten  5 лет назад +1

      I haven't tested out a curling wand yet, just because i'm trying to use the least amount of heat possible. So whenever I want curls back I just sleep with space buns or braids while its damp and it holds the curl the whole next day! It's not a defined curl, more of a wave. But to answer your question, Yes it holds a wave/curl for most of the day! :) It falls eventually but i'm sure with hairspray and heat it'll last longer!
