You know you have to give it time to warm up for its first power on. Then don't keep pressing the on/off button as you are switching it on and off. You kept calm though that was good. 😊

If this had 32GB RAM, I would buy it but I need more than 16 GB.
Honestly, I would say that’s one of the cons for this computer. It definitely needs more RAM.

Good luck with the hp outboard one about 6 months ago and he didn't even last a year I think HP is a Uncle junk good luck with that
