Solution for Last step: I just notice that C: is not where my boot is, it in E: so for me it "bcdboot E:\windows /s N: /f UEFI" and it work! Do a drive change and type dir to show if your boot is in that drive letter. For drive change, it that letter follow by a colon. example "F:" enter. Hope this helps someone.

Once you boot from the USb!! that's part of the problem, not being able to change how the PC boots up! You totally bypassed that.

actually we can solve this issue in simple way and windows automatically will repair it ,
you have to click on enter when you faced this issue due turn on computer and following these two step:
1:first click "win+x" and choose terminal(admin)".
2:second type "chkdsk /f C:" on cmd terminal, and You may be prompted to schedule the check for the next restart. Type Y for yes and press Enter.)
thats all step and after that "restart" your computer and it will automatically repair your issue.

Win10 here. Be patient to run chkdsk. The whole morning to get the step 4 at 74%.
