I completely agree with your comments on the 2m black ,it has great dynamics through the hole range ,,just a very enjoyable cartridge great treble nice firm bass . A musical investment .
@@FirstLast-gs8tt Not sure why you would need a SUT as the 2M Black is MM but I would guess either the 2M Black or LVB 250 would sound great in the Graham tone arm. To be fair though I have not heard the LVB 250 but the 2M Black sounds great in my Unipivot tonearm.
Is a good cartridge but not the best moving magnet, IGD is good but not excellent, Audio Technica 740ML and 760ML are better than the black in overall sound

I have one Ortofon 2M black in my RP8 and it is simply phenomenal
Great video, more please. 🙂
More to come! Plenty in production.
Nice and concise evaluation, lovely editing Sir.
How about LVB 250? Is it worth the price difference between the 2m black? Thanks
Thanks for your opinion in concurred with mine. BTW a 2mm spacer will put it at the ideal height on Rega turntables.
Some people will think it’s great some won’t,that’s the way it is
I think its all to do with synergy with your system and your own taste?
How would this cartridge perform on a Graham Engineering Phantom II tone arm with a Bob’s Devices SUT Vs. the MM Ortofon 2M Black LVB 250?
That would be a great combination for sure?
Which one of the two??
