No, that wouldn't be done in this filing. Georgia doesn't ask for Member information. It's internal, in your LLC Operating Agreement. To add an LLC Member, you need to take your 100% ownership (called LLC Membership Interest) and transfer or sell some of that to the new person. This is documented on an Assignment of LLC Membership Interest form or a Sale of LLC Membership Interest form. This isn't a state form, but an attorney can draft one, you might be able to find a template online. Once that's done, amend the existing Operating Agreement to add the new Member. Or create a new Operating Agreement (that supersedes the prior one).
