Watching this as a way to learn the game (Ready Set Bet) before teaching it this weekend, and that second round was epic. What tension! Can't wait to play this!
Am I missing something or did Roy illegally add the 2 on the winning horse? It might have been a special ability or so that he mentioned earlier but I don't have the game to reference what is all possible with those
Honestly I think getting a second copy of this would allow for more players. 4 players only play on one and 4 players play on the other. This looks like a lot of fun. Love seeing games like this that are fun forward like camel up. Super excited to play this one.
I recently described this game to my friend group as "fun forward" also, so I enjoyed coming across your comment where you used the same wording. A lot of great games are fun, but put deep strategy or number crunching or any number of other "feelings" at the forefront, whereas some games, like Camel Up, plonk you in a crazy world where impossible things happen regularly, and it feels like being a kid in an arcade with a handful of tokens. Fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants fun.
I thought Ready Set Bet would have a problem with those furthest from the table being at a disadvantage. While technically that's true it didn't look like it was a problem in your game.
Wow! Ready Set Bet looks fantastic! I bought this for my family while watching. I think they will love this.
That intro cracks me up every time. Even though you know what’s coming, I still can’t get enough of it. 😁

Ready Set Bet is such a good game to watch being played
Roy's always so salty when he doesn't win a game 😂
Ready Set Bet is fun to watch!
Love the intro. The designer looked genuinely scared 😳. I kid, I kid. I love these segments just for the intros.
I was unaware of Dice Manor before this video but now I've put in a preorder at my FLGS. That game looks awesome.

I so much want to try Ready set bet
Fun stuff!
Dice Manor looks like a great game!
The game mechanics with the dice placement reminds me a lot of Las Vegas by Ravensburger. Except for the dice manipulation.
Both games look great!
Gotta like just for the intro alone
ready set bet seems amazing
and roy with the "beat the dead horse" joke at the very end...
oh Chris, the nerd jokes are strong with this one ;)
love that guys Radio voice.

It looks like it would be good to stand up while playing for a better view. It kind of fits in with the theme too.
😁Intro🙀
I like that Mike not only had to spread his obnoxiousness outside the Dice Tower booth, but the had to record it! Poor everybody at Gen Con!
