Hello. I have done this , take the sensor and the entire pipe out and clean it. The problem is that now after de pipe is clean, it makes so much pressure it explodes the rubber between the pipe and the sensor... Why?
Had this twice on my 1.5 dCi Captur. Spent 5 mins doing this and it was fine after!

That’s really spooky I did one this afternoon unfortunately too clogged so new pipe fitted , easy to get to and change when you know how. Great video jimmy 👍😊

I've always just cleaned them so it's done quicker with no waiting for parts
@@ORileysAutos I usually do what you do but it was blocked 3inches up the pipe, like your video another garage “fixed” it 🤦♂️. A few 10mm nuts/bolts remove the black pipe to the turbo and 10mm banjo bolt nice easy to access unlike the other pipe that sits right next to the dpf and sometimes snaps in the exhaust manifold 🤦♂️ well worth keeping 1 of each type onboard if unable to clear.👍

You are top class Jimmy, been watching you for a while in the hope you have a customer with the same issue as I have, maybe you can help me out alittle ?
I have a Nissan Primastar - DCI 2012 - with " Check injection Fault" code coming up is DTC019024 - Rail pressure sensor circuit permanent high. I've changed the pressure sensor but still have the issue. Anything spring to mind to check ?
I had those faults on my Vivaro and every time the lights came on the limiter/cruise deactivated.
I went electric as i swore i'd never have dpf faults again.
At what mileage does this problem occur ?
If you dont understand it you shouldn't touch it.. unless it belongs to you..
I have a renault captur 1.5 i don't think its the same set up as this is which is a same has you could just give that pipe a a good clean out ever few months to prevent it happening

You need to name that bit of wire on the end of the drill brother. Why not call it "DAVE" when the clear don't work get dave out ha ha. Maybe you can do a short video and ask people to name it, the name suggestion comment with the most likes and comment wins.
