I make dark documentaries check it out 💯🎈
Always the best videos
but not the whole west eats turkey🙃
I just assumed Japanese people had trouble distinguishing old white dudes with beards and thought the Colonel and Santa were the same person.
your content inspires me
@@Nobody-uu6ki 😂😂u deadass made my day, even tho u weren’t talking to me I thought u were.
I'm not Japanese, but I also get KFC every Christmas for reasons of my own. When I found out that it was a tradition in Japan, I suddenly felt like I've found my tribe.
Congrats 😂 ❤
beo just go get some boston market.
Lol that’s weird dude. There’s so much better food than kfc haha
Are you comfortable to share why? I guess there's a number of people like me who are curious as to why
lolwut
I feel that KFC had achieved what Coca-Cola had achieved when they placed themselves as a Christmas tradition.
Coke and mushrooms for Santa 🎅🍄
Mehico
We did KFC for my first Christmas when I moved to Japan. It's the normal stuff, but with a pretty bucket (still paper), commemorative plate, and a reservation system.
Also, I made my wife and her mother an American Thanksgiving meal the month before, so that was fun.
I'd be perfectly happy to have KFC at Christmas. My husband hates turkey (unless it's disguised as something else), so we are having meatballs this year. I like the idea of crunchy fried chicken as a once-a-year treat!
Have you tried disguising the turkey as a blond 19yr old Latvian stunner?
@@drankfrebin no. But you might be on to something.
So true hehehehe
HUSBAND???
@youtubesharts yup. We have rings, paperwork, and pictures of drunk relatives and friends to prove it!
The colonel looks slightly Asian (probably a little Native American mixed in there). I heard that’s part of the draw for them. They like how he physically looks.
I can’t believe he made a 2 minute video and it worked out so well. 🎉 happy new year 🎊 🥳
If you show up to ANYONES house no matter the time of year with fried chicken it will NEVER be awkward just good eating as long as the chicken is good.
I somehow expected the Christmas special in Japan to have the chicken substituted with turkey in their recipe 😲
Addicted to your vids. Merry Christmas
Interesting, thanks for sharing mate, cheers !
I remember seeing this on food theory, snd its pretty interesting
Fact check: ✅ "if you show up to Christmas in America with KFC chicken you would get weird looks" (mostly false) everyone loves KFC and the positive looks from your stoner cousins and grandpa would be more than worth it 💯
Merry Christmas all
We just started a tradition with KFC for Christmas ourself! Manage to crush over 6500calories this year 😂
Merry Christmas 🎄
Actually the original Christmas roast bird is goose not turkey.
Exactly, turkey is a tradition for Thanksgiving.
I appreciate this shorter video
Americans get Chinese food for Christmas, and Japanese people get American food for Christmas. That's kinda cool.
I’m Japanese and kfc is not tradition in Japan 😑
This should be a thing internationally
KFC is garbage and should be banned internationally along with all other subpar cheaper fast food brands. Go to a BurgerFi, Shake Shack, or Chick-fil-A if you want some chicken products made with decent quality control.
I love your videos😍
May you please make a video about great hedge funds billionaires
A KFC bucket in Jamaica 🇯🇲 is a welcome to Christmas dinner.
I miss the good KFC. The quality has declined so much.
Amazing how you breakdown things and make them easy to understand. Keep up the good work see soon at 600k subs
It’s a Tuesday, Friday and Sunday tradition in our family
Aren't you tired of so much kfc food? (I figured it that you have it every week)
One day I let my fiancé, then boyfriend, to order some kfc by himself for the first time and he brought two baskets for two people instead of one. We overate and cannot have kfc for almost a year now 😅
I think I can speak for most Americans when I say we have never seen nor heard of this phenomenon Santa Sanders.
I'm actually outraged 😡 because kfc chicken for Christmas and or Thanksgiving is a fantastic idea😂😂
I don't know what not American wrote the script but I'd be ready to party if someone brought a bucket of fried chicken.
I have never seen a Japanese person around me who goes out of his/her way to buy and eat Kentucky Fried Chicken on Christmas Day. The word "tradition" is too exaggerated an expression. There is nothing about Christmas in Japan that can be called a tradition. It originally came from abroad, and if you trace it back to its roots, it is nothing more than a festival that companies are taking advantage of more and more because of the commercial benefits it offers. For the same reason, Halloween has recently entered the picture as well; few Japanese would consider eating KFC to be a "tradition," etc. It is merely something that KFC advertises every year with a catchy song by Mariya Takeuchi in its commercials. Christmas in Japan is more about a hot night of flirting with your sweetheart.
In Uzbekistan every party or holiday is celebrated with Coca cola brand drinks. If you don't have them in your party , it's considered as low quality party. Lol
Damn it, now I want fried chicken
Now Im in the mood for some KFC, too bad they are all closed today. The only thing available to get food wise is Chinese. I plan to get some later.
Colonel Sanders san
Hell no...if you show up to my house on Christmas with a bucket of KFC, you are more than welcomed in my house!! I'm gonna eat that shit!
It's incredible how much american companies has destroyed.
The Colonel would be proud indeed.
Yeah it's become healthier! 😆
I will always watch that interview for the chance to hear "...it was *lie*."
how do you make ur videos
I'm surprised KFC here in the States haven't invented this tradition here in the States
wow. christmas, japan and kfc is interesting. know how? they are all symbolised by red and white 🎌
Think about it turkey isn’t something that’s readily available in Japan to supply masses when it’s takes you to put an order in for chicken
HAPPY 4AM
They are very sneaky with associations. You have to question yourself "do I really want to do this or am I just following sheeple?"
What a short video!
Genius
probably the only wholesome video
I have lived in Japan. This is true weirdly.
easy its an American food/chain. its a old white dude with a beard. its a primary color is red and white and black. so basically he is what they think of as santa claus
Fried chicken is universally loved🍗
yeh. sadly quality of KFC is serously down.
Well not to mention basically no one in Europe has the turkey dinner. It is less of a western tradtion and more of an american one.
probably the dirtiest (KFC and Taco Bell) fast foods in Canada.
KFC for Christmas, I don’t think so, merry Christmas people
Kurisumasu ni wa kentakki.
May you do for us Adidas and Nike
I see the one for nike thanks
Thank very much meet whats app cheers
Thank very much meet whats app cheers
Lol wth.. 🤯🤯🤯 I should've bought lotto tickets 🤣
You usually make videos for almost an hour for the first time you are making a video shorter than 5 mins
please make story of figma and acquasition of adobe for 20 billion dollor
Japanese ovens are too small for a turkey!!
I’m not Japanese but now that I found out they eat KFC as tradition I might be.😂
I've always wanted kfc on Christmas day
Great marketing, it’s all about psychology
turkey dinner for christmas isnt a western thing it is a thing from Usa and maybe canada....
In Japan??? Not America😳😳😳
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This man spent Christmas Eve publishing a video
ANY PIZZA WOULD DO
Who eats turkey for Christmas?
Hello
It's heartwarming to see japanese people gleaming with joy over getting kfc for christmas :D
Bro I looked it up he's not lineng
Turkey is not the traditional Christmas meal.
今日、ケンタッキーにしない?
LMAO
Hey MagnatesMedia wasnt this title “Christmas in Japan = KFC🍗
This is thanks for what they have done in hirosima
Lmao
People are such sheep everywhere in the world.
Nice ai generated thumbnail lmao
👍🐿😂
did the KFC video not do as well as expected or something?
this is like the third video made to promote that video...
1st view
KFC smells like farts made solid.
Just a regular Bucket-O-Chicken
It seems like KFC is popular in Asia (Japan, China, and the Philippines)
but not in the US.
I just had this conversation with my other half and had to show him this video as he didn't believe me. Saw your comment 😅
MagnatesMedia s Shortest crisp video😻🔥🎄🎄Woooo
Makes sense, lived in Japan for 2 years and wondered why the local kfc was always busy on that day
The editing here is so cool. Striving to get something similar
First to watch hhhh I need you guys in my space
🍗As an American expat living in Asia past 10 years, many want to have the "AMERICAN EXPERIENCE." SMART MARKETING MOVE. We covered KFC but did not mention this point.
Who eats turkey for christmas, just give me some pig and duck, and im happy
oh nice a short video
Legendary
someone do a video on "why making a KFC Japan Tradition Christmas Video" seems to be a tradition, someone always does one. least yours is short and to the point!
merry chrimbo
0:34 when I was a kid almost everyone where I lived had Christmas Ham, not turkey lol
Literally said the same. Ha
I thought turkey at Xmas was just an American thing? Here in Australia we just have a mad BBQ
I'm American, turkey is for Thanksgiving and ham is for Christmas
No different to the New Zealand native population
I was shook when the video ended so soon, i thought it would be 20+ mins
I thought so too😂 my content is longer tho I make documentaries like magnates check it out 💯🎈
I'm still glad we got new content on Christmas Day
The question is simple and doesn't have too much of an in-depth story to it. A 20+ minute video would be stretching out the topic.
stumbled across your content and have binged almost all your content. love your vids keep it up
