i always do 1 foot spins on my left leg and jump my waltz jump with my left leg, landing on my right leg which is not so strong in the landing, so should i jump with the leg i also spin with or how does this work?

that sounds right, you should be doing forward spins on left foot and then taking off for waltz on your left as well

Thank you! Can I ask question? Do you feel like you are pushing down the arms? Like you lift the arms up and then you snap it down and in? Thanks
