I have been having a lot of trouble lately because I have been teaching myself wrong axel technique this whole time, I swing my free leg way to much and did not put my weight on my left side. It really hurt my back a lot and caused my to tilt in the air - but this video helped me understand everything I was doing wrong. Thanks again!!
