Then 2 years later you dropped into the old Shelby Hotel Blues Club to see Muddy Waters. I was there with my college Blues Club members from across the Detroit River border in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. We couldn't believe our eyes! You wore your black velvet floor length cape, Britt Ecklund wore her baby blue satin suit and your Faces band members surrounded you. Being the "polite" Canadians as we were, we quietly greeted you "Hello Mr. Stewart" one by one, as we left when the house lights went on. Priceless memories!
