Day 1 itinerary for SANTORINI 🇬🇷 (on a budget) including where to eat and where to stay!

Welcome back to our channel! We’ve finally made it to one of our bucket list countries - Santorini Island 😍
Santorini is known for being the most expensive Greek island and so we decided to challenge ourselves and see if we could explore Santorini on a BUDGET!
Our flights were £81pp and hotel was £180 fo 2 nights so altogether we paid £261pp!! Absolute BARGAIN 🎉 have to thank the travel agent Vij for sorting this out 🫶🏽
We spent 3 nights & 2 days in total so here is our first night and our full first day itinerary 🙌🏽
Friday:
- Checked into Xenones Filotera (is outside Imerovigli - either rent a car or stay in Fira)
- Dinner at Mama Lena restaurant
Saturday:
- Had a beach day at Perissa Beach (black sand beach - there is also Kamari Beach which in high season you can take a water taxi which is 15 mins). Red beach is a bit of a hike to get to so unless you are very active then I wouldn’t recommend.
- Came back, got changed and went to Oia. (Direct bus from Imerovigli and Fira). Took pictures with the domes in three of the main spots. Comment if you want the names.
- Dinner at Ammoudi Bay - to reserve the same table as us it is €180 but you get it back on the bill. Get fresh fish theres nothing like it! And santorini local wine always 🙌🏽

Was just about to ask you for some insight regarding general info ...like how expensive it can be ....is it true what they say that it is expensive...I fell in love with Greece the first time I went ....footwear...don't look like its easy on your feet

@@harrysomal7166 it is very expensive! Santorini you need to spend a lot and especially for 2 weeks you’ll need at least €700-800 and on Perissa beach there aren’t many food options unfortunately
