RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution to concur with the City Engineer and award the sealed bid for the Pinecrest Drive Pavement Improvement Project to the lowest qualified bidder - Savone Cement for a price of $2,690,665.00 using $1,600,000 in State of MI grant monies w/ the remaining funds to come from acct. #202-505-985-000
2. Resolution to Grant/Deny the Regulated Use Permit for a Used Car Dealership at 17120 Ecorse Rd. (30-023-06-0101-000) conditional on meeting all of the Planning Commission Recommendations and pending final approval from the Building Department
3. Resolution to Grant/Deny the Regulated Use Permit for a Qazzaz Coffee Drive-thru at 5410 Allen Rd. (30-007-02-0001-302) conditional on meeting all of the Planning Commission Recommendations and pending final approval from the Building Department
