RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution to waive the City bid process (APCO 2-824-(4)) as there is no economic benefit since sole provider approve the Fire Departments request to purchase Remount 1 Braun Express Plus Type 1 Ambulance mounted on a Ford F-450 at a cost of $308,806.00 w/ 10% ($30,880.60) down payment with funds from acct #401-000-985-002
2. Resolution to approve the Fire Departments request to donate, sell, and or scrap old firefighting equipment that are no longer needed or that has been replaced with newer technology
3. Resolution to waive the city bid process (APCO 2-824 - (4) No economic advantage since Weingartz uses GSA Bid Price and approve the Parks & Recreation Dept. to purchase One (1) commercial Ex-Mark Lazer-X Series lawn mower in the amount of $13,359.00 w/ funds from Acct. #101-751-934-000
4. Resolution to approve the Noise Ordinance (APCO 16-20) Waiver for MDOT for Project 211332 which is for work on M-39 (Southfield) from Pinecrest Drive to M-153 (Ford Road).
