    1. Resolution to approve Youness Mawry on behalf of Comcast Cable (Xfinity) for Door to Door Solicitation Permit request #01-2024 with a $300 fee - 12/31/24
    2. Resolution supporting The Senior Alliance 2025 Annual Implementation Plan
    3. Resolution to waive the City bid process (APCO 2-284 - (4)) as there is no economic benefit to bid since using the Macomb County bid price and approve the Police Department to purchase one 2024 Ford Explorer from Lunghamer Ford of $38,323.00 w/ funds from acct. #401-000-985-002 - 2024-25 Capital Improvements Budget
    4. Resolution to waive the City bid process (APCO 2-284 - (4)) as there is no economic benefit to bid since using the same rates and approve the Agreement with Motor City Towing who took over for City Towing in December of 2023
    5. Resolution to approve the Notice of Intent to Issue Capitol Improvement (GOLT) Bonds for the Fire Station Project pursuant to PA 34 of 2001 in the amount of $8.5 Million over 30 years
    6. Resolution to approve the recommendation of the Administrative Staff and that the City enter into a Professional Services Contract for the Construction Document/Permit/Bidding Proposal for the Fire Station Renovation and Addition Project with J.S. Vig Construction Company and the Sidock Group for a cost of $178,500.00, with funds from acct. #401-336-985-000
    7. Resolution to update and approve the Employee Benefits Plan for Administrative/Appointed Staff
    8. Resolution to approve the Administrative and Supervisory salaried personnel be adjusted 3.5% which is consistent with the union contracts, effective July 1, 2024
    9. Resolution to approve the salaried personnel Wage Adjustments for the following positions - Building Director, Payroll Manager, Deputy P&R Director, DPS Supervisor/Basin & Finance Director
    10. Resolution to approve the new FSLA OT Rules with certain Administrative/Appointed Staff to go from Salary to Hourly pay
