This 100% works. I have only been massaging without even the micro needle daily for the last 6 months, and I have almost completely reversed the early signs of hair loss. Consistency and patience is key.

Paul came to the conclusion that skull expansion causes hairloss. He gives methods to prevent this from happening, and it worked for me. If you type paul taylor hair loss into google his site will appear.
I also do the 5 tibetan rights yoga poses (21 each) daily. Its called the fountain of youth for good reason.

Didn't get any progress. But when i see Rob English channel and try his scalp massage method. Wow in just a few weeks my hairs getting strong and thickening. I've actually known about this for a while now. In the curly hair community, we all talk about how scalp massages are so important for hair growth and rapid hair growth at that! I love that you made this video! I'm going to send this video to a guy friend of mine who has been struggling with his hair. So happy for your results! Thanks for posting!

Thank you for sharing. that's great you are seeing results. I'm in the curly hair community too. Head massages are definitely recommended. I had some hair loss at 19/20 from tight hair styles so went from high density to medium/high density. Unfortunately I lost a ton of hair post partum with my second child over 10 years ago which never came back plus lost my curl pattern - my hair was not great! I never did anything about it (busy parent) - Plus pattern hair loss in both parents which started in middle age. 2019 decided to revive my curls and my curly hair stylist recommended head massages in late 2019 after hearing about hair loss. Also I was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and my iron was low prior to 2019 however never knew it was linked to hair loss till I started listening to hair loss experts. I've really changed my lifestyle - diet and exercise along with caring for my hair plus head massages which has resulted in my curls returning and huge improvement in density! Never expected density to return. I'm still seeing baby hairs so it works but you have to try multiple things and also keep consistent. Also it can be a slow process. Even with the pharmaceutical approach you have to be OK with the commitment and costs for life.

I’ve been doing scalp massage I saw on Hairguard website. I do it once a day for 15 minutes. Been doing it for about 7 months. I saw an improvement in my hair after about 2 months. Then about 1 month ago I started taking a zinc supplement, about 15 mg per day and I am seeing even more improvement in my hair. I still do the massages and I think adding the zinc just really made a great of improvement. Zinc helps combat DHT. So happy for you that you got your hair back and got rid of the circle on your head!🤣

  • @garyede9769

None of these gadgets are necessary . He is right that you have to exercise the scalp to increase blood flow. The easiest way to do it . Take a rough dry towel, hold it with your fingers spread out and rub your scalp from front to back . Do it gently, do not rub your skin off. Do it when you wash your hair and also if you want later with dry hair . Minimum 5 mins per day. At first you will lose some hair. Don’t worry it will grow back. Use a conditioner with your shampoo to lubricate your scalp not too much. Patience is the key as the new hair needs time to pop out of its shell. Think of grass growing from seeds. It works believe you me. If you have just started losing your hair it comes back quicker. For those without hair it takes longer. Give it 6 months to 1 year to see results. You must do it every day. Your hair will also be very shiny as rubbing polishes the hairshafts and the new hair loves lots of blood.

Use at own risk. After 24 hours I am still having on & off mild and dull (but still concerning) headaches after this, especially after massaging the back of the head (unfortunately that's where the most tension is located). Either I was too harsh on my head, or my head is too sensitive for this.
Sure it was pleasant in the moment while I was attentively watching a youtube video. Also later in bed I felt slightly dizzy like after alcohol (so called helicopters but it was a mild sensation). Yes, I used it at an angle in order to move the scalp back and forth and not hit it, obviously (90 degree from its designed position when working big muscles). I'll keep you posted. I hope I'm gonna wake up tomorrow without any stroke or some sh XD
Yesterday was my 3rd and the last day of using it for now (a bit freaked out bc of the headache). The dizziness went away and I've been functioning normally today without issues. Only in the evening the headache got noticeable again.
But yeah, just after 4 sessions of 15 min massage I can move my scalp a bit more freely on the head and I think it even feels softer to the touch. Also lifting my eyebrows feels more difficult a notch lol, as if my scalp got heavier.
Have any of you experienced similar sensations? Bruh I hope that's some normal stuff I'm going through right now.

    *VERY IMPORTANT!*
When you look into the mirror and YOU notice receding hairline, suspecting that you are balding, *DO NOT! DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT!* trust people when they tell you that "everything is fine", or "you're looking too much into it", or (my personal favorite) "you are not balding".
If you suspect that you are balding, ignore what people tell you because if you really are balding, down the line you will lose your hair while most of those people will keep theirs. And guess what, they won't give a damn.
    Use your judgement.

Does it work for female patterns hairloss

  • @bryceherring946
    @bryceherring946 Год назад +2

Those are impressive results but that's def being a distracted driver, all jokes aside, I'd simply take small breaks throughout the day to work on my breathing and perform similar hair care routine, your scalp needs good blood flow and stimulation for the hair to remain youthful and or regrow, also too many younger guys are wearing hats all day which is terrible for your scalp and hair quality, just trapping your hair underneath a sweaty baseball cap, at best it's more of a trucker style hat worn more loosely but again more guys would benefit from taking simple and actionable steps to either prevent the hair loss from ever happening or to limit the extent of the hair loss if already occurring, limiting the damage. Too many guys basically lose their hair or a good portion of it before they start to take action like outlined here, same goes for letting yourself go and getting very obese and then trying to lose all the weight, best advice is try your best to not get so overweight in the first place, it's so much easier to maintain what you already have vs regain it.
