In 2023, I visited Thailand in April and November for one month each. In 2024, I visited Thailand in October for a month. I don't smoke weed, I don't drink alcohol, and I don't see bar girls! Thailand is more than that. There is so much to see and do within the country; you must get out of Bangkok and explore the beautiful country. In April 2023, I enjoyed Thai New Year aka Songkran where there's a big water fight in the streets! I also went to visit Pattaya, Khao Yai, Chantaburi and Rayong. In November 2023, I went to visit Chiang Mai and Hua Hin. In October 2024, I went to Krabi, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, and Pranburi. When you go to Thailand, you don't need to go to bars and see bar girls to have fun.
It's a so small part of Thailand that every country has that kind of thing. It's a view from a person with a bad mindset, a narrow-minded person, and obsessed with that kind of thing. Thailand doesn't have naked festivals or sex shows in public like in the West. Thailand has 77 provinces in total, with many things to explore and discover. There are many different cultures and religions, living together happily.

I have been there 20 plus times, mostly to Phuket. I go to the dentist and have had a lot of major work done over the years. It depends on what you are looking for. I’m Thai and live in Thailand more than 40 years. Thailand is so charming with nice people , good food, beautiful places. There are a lot of woman from different countries came to Thailand and works in sex tourism. Some of foreign women used to so rude with me because they think I would took their clients. Thai people is so generous, we are welcoming people from everywhere. But people judge Thai ladies are prostitute. People keeps blaming Thai women but never look at yourself, if you guys don’t buy so no one cal sell.
My wife and I have visited Thailand twice for a few weeks holidays. We both loved the paradise look to Thailand and heard the scuba diving was good. We dived on both trips and it was amazing! We visited an elephant sanctuary (elephant nature park) in Chang Mai, they rescue elephants and educate people on the elephant tourism. I did encounter a bit of a scam in Bangkok, we wanted to visit the palace and as tourists not knowing where to go we probably stuck out. A Tuktuk driver informed us it was closed that morning and could take us on a tour until it opened, turns out it wasn’t closed, naive on our part.
Yeah, it's sad how so many people still think Thailand is all about the bar girls and sleazy sex scene. Actually, foreigners love this country for its chill out vibe, beautiful beaches, kind people and so much more!

Well, you went to a Bangkok Hospital in Thailand. These hospitals are private and are well known for three things: speed, quality, and... high prices. Not only are they many times cheaper, but the waiting times can be several hours unless you're willing to pay for upgraded services. I agree with many other things you said. Thank you for speaking out from your experience. As a Thai, I cannot prevent the opinions of those who think that Thailand is as a group of people think. That group of people only summarizes the small things that Thailand has (other countries also have), but they judge the whole country. It's like people in each society like to judge people only when they see some bad behavior, just from seeing that person do it sometimes, but not thinking why that person does that.

I was tortured by an ambulance crew in Pai in 2019. My leg was badly broken in a bike accident and the ambulance staff that showed up tried to tie my leg to a board. I screamed and screamed for them to stop but they took no notice of me. They did not want to lose face by admitting they were wrong, so they kept torturing me.
Every country has a dark area. It depends on what you want to find, so you put yourself there. When I went to London, I went to an extreme bar where you can have sex even on the dance floor, and it was easy to find it in the restroom. There were a lot of drugs that you saw being used. In Paris, too. There were even streets where you could find prostitutes waiting for customers. In every country in Europe, there are some. In America, there are almost every developed city. It depends on what you are looking for, and that is what you will find. If you want peace and to purify your troubled mind, Thailand has many temples that teach about meditation and Dhamma practice. You probably don't know because in your mind, you probably crave sex and sexual intoxication.
Thailand has its quirks and safety issues. However, back in Australia, no public facilities work they are not maintained, roads are shit, internet is slow. Considering Australia ia about 4 times wealthier Thailand does a MUCH better job for its people. At this rate, before long, Thailand will completely outrank Auatralia in most regards.
Seems childlike to suggest that everybody that visits has such a narrow mindset.. naive minds protecting is the problem with them types should mind their own business instead of speculating what the intentions of others are.
For those who never come to Thailand, let get out of your comfort zone, go abroad. If you don’t have enough money then keep your mouth shut. I’ve been to many countries, red light district is everywhere. If you came to Thailand, but don’t like it, it’s your problem you can say such bad attitude or whatever you want. Who’s care! 😂
Most people who say its just sleazy place havent been far more to country than pattaya bar girls and weed .The legality of weed did put me off though and saw lots of people making fools of themselves. Long term weed legacy is going to bring big problems
The majority of people don't really have any real experience in Thailand apart from being a tourist or living in tourist areas. The amount of misleading information coming out about Thailand by foreigners is mind-boggling. There is too much bias and exaggeration about this country. Been living in Thailand for over a decade and I'm just confused when I hear what foreigners have to say about Thailand.
The Bangkok internationals that come from other countries and grab themselves a little hotel room are great so exotic All the hot Thais go to Pattaya so you gotta take lap down soi6 it’s a huge attraction. Russians come to dance The place is melting pot of exotics
For who say about girls ladyboy it just small part of Thailand what problems if them prefer and happy if you time and education enough please think million people come to Thailand for that reason....or girls ladyboy so beautiful so pretty 55555
Your thoughts and your prediction is absolutely wrong. I had two big Facebook groups in Thailand and I can tell you for sure less normal people are coming to Thailand because of high prices for the flight tickets and because they don’t want to stay in the area with all the new stuff that you were speaking about

I just enjoy the relaxed energy and great weather.
Being cheap ££££££££ is a bonus.
I don’t personally smoke but not against it, I’m not against anything or anyone doing anything tbh, just not my jam. The cost is a huge bonus!
What's great weather?
I was tortured by an ambulance crew in Pai in 2019. My leg was badly broken in a bike accident and the ambulance staff that showed up tried to tie my leg to a board. I screamed and screamed for them to stop but they took no notice of me. They did not want to lose face by admitting they were wrong, so they kept torturing me.
I like going to Thailand.
My wife is from there, so there's that... :)
Nice!
Great video
I think everyone know's why Siam is the #1 place to visit and if you think it;s anything different then you are ????????Although a beautiful country.
Seems childlike to suggest that everybody that visits has such a narrow mindset.. naive minds protecting is the problem with them types should mind their own business instead of speculating what the intentions of others are.
thats the mindset of someone who's never travelled once
@ Exactly..
I went to U.K for studies in 1975, nine out of ten peoples asked me where on earth is Thailand.
Crazy how much things have changed!
Very wise (and handsome) egg 🍳
Over the years I've stopped explaining why
Probably smart
❤
It funny that the rest of the world know Thailand is the capital of sex tourism, yet our authorities can’t see where it is 😂😂
Hey Buddy, The vid was outstanding but the two B-roll of funny faces were unnecessary. Your vids can stand on their own without that stuff.
Thanks mate! Taken that on board too, appreciate the constructive criticism 🙌
He’s good looking!.!.
Haha thanks
The Bangkok internationals that come from other countries and grab themselves a little hotel room are great so exotic
All the hot Thais go to Pattaya so you gotta take lap down soi6 it’s a huge attraction. Russians come to dance
The place is melting pot of exotics
Dont go to the bar dont get drank dont buy properties
For who say about girls ladyboy it just small part of Thailand what problems if them prefer and happy if you time and education enough please think million people come to Thailand for that reason....or girls ladyboy so beautiful so pretty 55555
Going cashless will kill their tourism and ruin the country
Who cares if people come to smoke weed or sex. Amsterdam has the same activities. It's only a big deal for people who can't mind their own business.
It’s not a big deal for anyone. It’s surprising to everyone when everyone insinuates everyone is here for the same reason.
Your thoughts and your prediction is absolutely wrong. I had two big Facebook groups in Thailand and I can tell you for sure less normal people are coming to Thailand because of high prices for the flight tickets and because they don’t want to stay in the area with all the new stuff that you were speaking about
