      That depends on you… a lot of people roll the dice and just get a liability policy. How much you insur is up to you. If you decide to move forward, I have some referrals that deal with mobile homes. Thanks for watching!

      @@billhosko7723 You are absolutely correct! No way would I buy an old mobile home in a crappy state when I own a paid for nice house in a great state.
      My comment was actually about the pet restrictions. I understand why many communities have them. However, I would never live in one. Nor would any other pet owners. That's a LOT of buyers who will go elsewhere.

    Why ??????? Lot payment sky high and will be increasing not to mention if you want to sell it you wont get anywhere what you paid for it
