Cute house. Great curb appeal. I love the coastal farmhouse style. It is so light and bright inside. Very nice island and light fixtures. That is a really good sale price especially for Florida.
Another nice house in the cloverleaf farms park. I like this one a lot. I am a huge fan of the farmhouse decor. I love everything about this house especially the price. Great looking retirement community
It reminds me of an upscaled version of another home we toured, the Jacobsen "Beach". They are doing a nice job on the new phase of Cloverleaf for sure. Thanks for watching!
I love this spring hill model. I also like the community in Brooksville. I would buy this house if they would let me live in there 55+ community. Great home tour thanks
I have looked at this video several times. I really like the layout of both of these houses in this community. I like that these have attached carports and even a place for a golf cart. Both of these plans are unique and very liveable. Thank you for touring these and sharing them, Joe. I have saved this to my favorites file as well.
I used to wonder what on earth was the obsession with the golf carts? After spending a lot of time in communities it became clear that it's just a great, speedy way to get around without bothering with your vehicle. You hop in, get your mail, hit the pool or whatever. Funny thing is how many people use them to walk their dogs...oh, and go to the driving range lol Thanks for watching!
Great farmhouse! Thank you for showing a manufactured home that is new and for sale. It is nice to get an idea of the price of a completed house. The price is great considering that you get the driveway, shed, stairs, landscaping and porch. Thank you.
Super cute! I really like it. Love the window between the vanities. In fact, I like everything about it, including the name. My youngest daughters' name is DESTINY 🥰 Great price too. Spring Hill is nice, it has been growing fast. So practically everything in Spring Hill is new.
I think the window is a good idea, never saw that before. Spring Hill sure has a lot of construction going on, really all of Florida does! Thanks for watching!
Wow what a amazing home joe i love IT Thank you for showing us this home this home is amazing i love the kitchen i love the living room and dining i love this lay-out and those bed and bathrooms are amazing joe thank you so Mutch for showing your the best Anja
Love the farmhouse beach feel. I also like the way they did the island with shiplap on the front and dark cabinets on the back. It sets itself apart from the white kitchen cabinets. Great color scheme throughout. I dont care for the obscured glass shower doors. Nice tour.
Hey Joe I really like this Home it seems down home. Especially in the Hallway that Cabinet, and what about the kitchen. How much is this one, Really Nice!
I have no idea what I would do with those cubby type spaces in the kitchen. I dont think that anyone could come up with something that they would be useful for. Now the cabinet in the hall, that makes sense. I like that allot.
Nice home indeed, where's the hot water tank? I have seen in some manufactured homes puctures of hot water tanks with with access doors so you can easily access the hot water tank when needed. I find that desireable.
CFR homes has the same model called the sunflower. available in Winter Haven Florida when Trump was President it was going for 50,000 now since Joe Biden going for $150,000 but that includes carport shed and a rear porch. offered in Cypress Creek Village.
Real estate in Florida is really high right now because everyone is moving there. This is not a mobile home or trailer. These newer manufactured homes are nicer than many stick built homes. They have full sheetrock not vinyl walls. Tile backsplashes, lvt flooring, stainless steel appliances and real cabinets.
@@lisathompson2091 yes most of your manufactured homes these days are putting in drywall and better higher end amenities. They're also building them and securing them a lot better too plus the codes have changed. So you're absolutely right in many cases there build better than stick frame homes. The only drawback to owning a manufactured home is usually not always but usually they're in communities that have lot rents. And the lot rents are often ridiculous $800 or even more. So I would highly suggest if you're going to purchase a manufactured home to have it placed on a piece of property or lot that you own. That can be part of the homes mortgage. You also find better financing available to you if you own the land the house sits on that's a fact. In fact many banks do not want to deal with manufactured homes or even mobile homes that have lot rents. Because many of these homes even older parks do not let the home be moved out of it. And even if the home can be moved out of that Park the cost is phenomenal. So again you're much better off buying a home that you own the lot the home sits on. Then you don't have to worry about those lot rents going up every year.
Evacuation depends on the level of the storm, but it applies to any home. Irma famously blew the roofs off of site built homes while most new manufactured homes suffered little damage. HUD, state and local codes have been toughened over the years to the point where a manufactured home is at least as wind resistant as the average site built home and can be as much as 25% more wind resistant than many site built homes. Thanks for watching!
We only go around to communities and model centers and video their houses. We unfortunately do not keep up to date on their available stock. But, I do know that Cloverleaf farms is building a new phase and they have multiple Spring Hill models available. It is a really nice community. Give them a call and they will be able to provide you with more details. Thanks for watching.
I know you uploaded this video a few years ago, but I was wondering if you could reupload the floorplan? The link in the description is dead, and I can't find it anywhere.
Can you please recommend a manufactured home company that you know and trust that’s near Seminole County? I like to go house shopping and I need a place to go near us. Any help would be appreciated!
Is it just me…..? Weird cubbies in the kitchen and the unknown purpose of the hallway cabinet and counter, neither of which couldn’t be explained by the videographer/sales and marketing dude lol? How long and wide was the home? Those are questions about homes that people need to know beforehand lol. Otherwise the video was nicely done!
New homes are indeed pricy in popular living destinations like FL. Construction of a similar site home would be more, plus the lot cost. There are a lot of used homes for sale and I might start touring some of those too. Communities like these are obviously very common in many states, including Fl, but new homes are never for everyone. Thanks for watching!
Oh, this unit might be "cute", but they'll selling for $ 190,000 and above, depending on location in Florida. And then the killer. The LOT RENT, which can be over $ 1,000 per month if your lot is on a lake or other amenity. There is no "CAP" on how high the lot rent can go. And the next surprise. The pathetic management of these communities that love to inconsistently apply the "rules" of the community and ignore them for their inventory units. If you want to sell your home, you're allowed one sign, yet the "owners" can put up yard signs, flags, balloon, etc. Unless you love to get involved in community activities, look elsewhere.
Way too many windows! I don’t even know if they’re double painted which they don’t look like so you’re gonna get air through it but this is what in Florida. You’re gonna have issues with this place along the way because of how many windows there are there are way too many for the size. That’s the problem I’ve always had with mine, if I could cover up at least 10 of the 17 I have I’d be fine! I hate the cheap whatever they have in the closets. I’d rather have wood in bars. They can real closet and they can build that mine have that and it’s a 1973 so what the heck are they thinking with a brand new one?
I like all of the farmhouse shiplap and the beams. Great price.
I was surprised by the price.
Thanks for watching!
What a sweet home! Some family will be very happy there! Thanks, Joe!
It's a nice park too.
You are welcome and thanks for watching!

I agree. I like obscured glass, but the etched pattern is a little odd.
Thanks for watching!
This is the best one i have seen so far
What are the typical lot rents on these homes?
About $700 per month.
Thanks for watching!
Great houses but the lot rent in these communities suck!
It doesn’t cost 700 to mow your lawn what a robbery

I have no idea what I would do with those cubby type spaces in the kitchen. I dont think that anyone could come up with something that they would be useful for. Now the cabinet in the hall, that makes sense. I like that allot.
I couldnt think of anything practical to use those cubby cubes for. I guess just knick knacks.
Odd right? lol
I do like the linen hutch.
Thanks for watching!
I cant think of what I would use those cubed spaces for either
I think they are for wine. I might store olive oil and balsamic vinegars there
Plastic bags, tin foil, towels, cat bowl

Do you have smaller, 2 bed, 2 bath, with a lower price tag? Set up and ready to go, or to set up?
