thanks for that, it is amazing the beauty that we have in our country when you really look.
I've rescued many a person from that waterfall and cliff line. Glad you managed to catch a sunny day up here.
Good on ya mate!
Wow guys, amazing. I've never found a Blotchy & I hope one day to see one in the wild. Nice vid Coop & Co. 👍🇦🇺🦎
Not as easy to find as some other species but worth it!
I make mental notes of what people come across while herping, so I have quite a list of things to take when I go, Water, a shoebox tote for soaking to help shedding hahaha water for their drinking maybe a few things as food for those that look like they need a bit to eat. Bags for collecting garbage, as well as gloves and pinchers. Yes! I want to save the world, and most of it's inhabitants!
I need to add tweezers to my list so i can get all the pesky ticks off
So cool to see them in their natural habitat. Well done mate!
Thanks mate yeah I was stoked!
yoooooooooo wassup! nice vid keep up the hard work! :)
Thanks mate
Such beautiful animals!
absolutely stunning so jealous!!
Hi Coop beautiful blotchy’s particularly that second one cheers mate
Yeah it was a beaut
I'm curious, why do the wild ones have colours that are so much brighter than captive bred ones?
Yours are kept outside more often than not so its not UV exposure. And the captive bred ones must have been from wild stock at some stage.
Diet? Can they safely be fed supplements like some birds to brighten colours as they are slightly related?
Great videos btw, keep it up!!! Its great to see someone with a passion for these little guys
Yeah lots of factors mate. I would also say diet plays a role indeed. However, there are some captive ones that have just as good colours. There are many wild ones that aren’t very bright at all. Just natural variation!
I love that bluetounge and how did you catch him
Awsome!
Buen trabajo
