@@thediamondfighterusa5453 He was a trained professional who loved animals, and sought to educate others about them to the best of his ability, he was a hero to many kids who love and respect animals, and your "no wonder he died" is both a stupid and insensitive statement, he died in an extremely random attack from the normally docile stingray, which aren't usually even that deadly when agitated, unless you're unfortunate enough to have them pierce a vital organ, in his case his heart. It was the LAST animal that anyone expected to kill him while he was out there, but even if a croc had been the one to finally get him, that wouldn't have stopped him from doing what he loved. He wasn't stupid, and lived a life that was probably a hundred times more exciting, rewarding, and gratifying than anything you've ever done or likely ever will. so kindly shut it.

He always had a beautiful insight and knowledge about every animal that was encountered on his show. Probably one of the most savvy with reptiles as well. Me and my dad have admired him because of our love for turtles... He's passed on now, but I still save turtles off the road when I can, because it's a good thing to do... Steve Irwin's goddamn APPENDIX did more for wildlife conservation and animal welfare on your average Tuesday than the entirety of PETA could even HOPE TO CONCEIVE of doing since emerging from whatever unholy vat of putrefying fermented excrement they spawned from...
...and they damn well KNOW it, too!
...and that pisses them the hell off SOOOO MUCH! And I love it! XD

Honestly, I’m so thankful that his kids and wife have continued his legacy by informing people about animals and rescuing them. They are such amazing people and it’s no wonder Steve was so successful with his gentle nature towards all animals and the support and love of his family. I truly thank Steve for instilling in me a kindness and respect towards all animals and the knowledge to keep me safe when interacting with them. He is a hero and will always be remembered as one. I’m so glad I can show my kids this one day and let him teach them the same things he taught me.
