One little tip regarding your vitamins: don't take your vitamin C last. For your iron supplement to really work, you actually HAVE TO digest Vitamin C (either as supplement or as fruit or smth) first. That is the only way your body will actually retain some of the iron from the supplement. :) loved the video! xx

@@zYuL05 vitamins d, a, e and k are stored in the liver so you can actually take too much! Other vitamins are water soluble so any excess you flush out. Ideally check with your doctor before taking any supplements.

I realized that the main reason for doing this is not about the success but the inspiration I've been providing some people with my stories while helping others do the same as I shared the lessons & experiences through making videos to have a sense of meaningful purpose. Therefore, I’m planning to quit nursing to pursue youtube full time as there are lots of issues in our traditional health systems as these don’t align with my values. It’s a huge learning curve but I love helping people through making videos. Also, as part of my video creation progress, I’m switching to a better editing software and a camera so the learning curve is much higher and slows down the completion speed of my next videos so please hang on tight! I do appreciate your support and kind words! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

Yesss! I don’t allow myself to read before bed, because I always read for at least 2-3 hours when I get into a book. Whenever I read before bed I need up staying up way too late 😅

@@tias8621 nahhhh 2l is too much. It's 2l including what you eat during the day which is milk fruits veggies etc... 1l is gud such 1 glass morning lunch afternoon and night. You should not forcing yourself drinking water. Reminding is good tho 😉 It's too much for your liver, overworking I just checked. Ofc there are days you need more water but your body will ask. It's all abt balance 😁
@@rahilaa.s5544 Actually, it wouldn’t affect the liver it would affect the kidneys. The kidneys are responsible for removing excess water from the body. And the recommend daily amount is 2.2 - 2.7 in this woman’s age and size group. Check the kidney association and Mayo clinic to get this info :)
