Great video, thanks. I'm 46 years old, married, no children with a intense career in Cyber. My hours can be a little wacky depending what's going on, which makes it hard to keep a routine. Instead, I have daily "morning" or "evening" habits that I try to adhere to everyday.
I also delegate as much as possible. I use grocery delivery services to save time. I'll also stack habits, such as listening to audio books or podcasts while doing housework, getting mandatory training done while working out, and spot-clean my bathroom when I use it. The crockpot is also a lifesaver.

If I do work out at night, its not late, im usually done by 8, then a warm shower and you sleep WELL. Its good to get out of a day rotting in bed

I’m a lazy girl at my core too. I found some things that work for me, i set alarms for everything ( and i slow down to look and process them, i also never snooze… it just tugs on my mind and i have to get up) i even set reminders daily to check for motivation, anything that gets me up! This year is personal af… i also check my WHYs every single day.
I also respect myself alot, when i make promises i keep it! I am always the loyal dependable friend, i need to be dependable on myself too.
