Nice video dude. I know it’s old but still relevant to those of us playin today. Honestly I’ve struggled getting used to the side jump attacks but this vid cleared things up for me, thanks ✌️
Im noticing that xian and logan both have moves in the analogue control scheme which cant be done using purna or sam b, perhaps ita becaus im far lower level with sam and p, but all i know for sure is xian has an upper cut or blade shove attack that can be done using double back back (or down) flicks on the right stick while fight mode is active that i have not been able to recreate with any other character, she also has haymakers using double left or right flucks that ive only done with logan otherwise, they all do a stun or push back affect similar to a standing kick, but the xian uppercut/blade check is always ab instant knock down
I'm really late but another tip against infected Xian can throw them in the trash easily if you have a strong weapon Just grab a good blade, aim at head level and swing while they are running at you and if you hit their head I can guarantee that there's atleast 90% chance to instantly cut their head off
The problem with flying strikes is how long it takes before you can swing your weapon again after doing a flying strike. You can get off 3 regular attacks in that amount of time which is way more damage. Am I wrong?
How did u always manage to chop off their heads. Is it like u hv to aim for head with mouse or something? Or u hv Gained skills for high probability Becuase with me it happens rarely.
I haven't played this game for ages. Pissed me off when my Sam b maxed out at level 60. If I had known there was a cap on the levels I would have chosen a few of my skills different. But it doesn't really matter cos my Sam b is too boss anyway. Deo bombs and a level 60 sword like zeds demise with deathstalker mod will wreck anything that stands in your way.
I would recommend upgrading bleeding damage. Everytime you cut or stab a zombie, it bleeds. So if you increase bleeding damage, their health runs out faster. This will help out a lot when you encounter larger enemies like thugs and rams.
This is really cool. I don't want to do a 'respec' because I'm almost thirty hours in with my Xian, but the increase of the level cap to 60 means I can still get this build, I think.
Hey with floaters what's the best tactic to get begin them? When ever I get close to kicking range (barely outside it) they puke in a circle at me. How could I get around them?
u have to run around them. when they spit they spit straight first, so you should be able to get behind them easily. i also found that fire elemental weapons put them down faster.

Honestly I just walk around and slice and dice. Her high critical chances with a short circuit katana or wikasashi will destroy everything. Rams stand no chances. I slice of the thugs arms. Bloaters are the only thing I spam jump attack on

Thugs never have been a problem in this game. Couple of molotovs or handmade bombs and they + their entourage are resting in pieces. I deal with the walkers walking in circles around them and cutting them multiple times. The fast ones trouble me, especially when they attack in groups by 3 or more, especially when i miss some of them.
do u know about how we do the special attack in the air? the game tells us we can do a special attack in the air when u get the skill to lvl 3 but idk wtf it is :S and btw something working well is u run on them, jump and hit and then dodge and hit again

I wish everything in life could be explained as clear and concise as is in this guide. It seems any other tutorial or guide from some amateur "know it all" is a waste of time. For example, a 10 min video, 3 minutes to introduce themselves and the prolog for their little snippet, 2 minutes of stutters, ums, and repeating info. Most the info given is obvious, but missing the most crucial info because the one writing the guide assumes that info is common knowledge. thanks for sharing

Where's the Purna part 2? I'd like to see you talk about how we can abuse the aim assist with Guns to constantly land headshots, how providence boosts the amount of ammo you get from everything (including crafting and dropping full loaded guns), how you can use pistols exclusive during act 2 by just collecting fully loaded crappy pistols the punks in the city drop and how they espawn by distance and not time like zombies, how you can one hit kill everything (except rams) with a fully upgraded shotgun...

this video is misleading coz anyone can kill a walker or thug which are slow with the jump attack. I want u to make a video where u fight groups of infected with this jumpa attack. show how to kill the fast runners with the jump attack and that alos when there are 3 or 4 attack u at the same time. there's an area called quarantine in city of Moresby go there and there will be runners spawning infinitely demonstrate this jump attack on them

Just a small thing, but in Chinese name structure last names come first. Mei is her first name and Xian is her family name.

I honestly throw a knife at them and they insta explode almost every time.

try getting a flying backstab it can one hit pretty much anything if you hit the head...
You have to get the skill in the combat tree, I'm pretty sure it's about halfway down.
