  • This table top exercise works the stabilizing muscles along the spine and our hips. It is challenging the mobility of our hips and is quite advanced - even though it looks easy!
    Try the different variations of this exercise once you can do the primary position with one foot bend up beside the hands. Working on proper alignment in this position before you make it harder.
    You can put your hands on pillows or yoga blocks if your spine isn't in proper alignment.
