  • Markiza cake
    for the dough
    3 sticks of butter
    flour 450 grams
    eggs yolks 6
    baking soda 1 tea spoon
    vinegar 1 table spoon
    sugar 1 table spoon
    6 egg whites
    pinch of salt
    sugar 1 cup
    walnuts crushed 100 grams
    for the frosting
    5 sticks of butter
    caramel condensed milk( I bought the regular condensed milk ,I put the cans In a plastic bag ,place it in a pressure cooker pot, filled with water and cook it for 30 min) let it cool completely before opening the can
    vanila
    50 grams of melted chocolate
