I developed my own recipe of a sourdough, and shared all my secrets 690 gr. water starter 480 gr 1,200 gr flour 20 gr. salt I forgot to mention, the starter I keep in a fridge in a glass container. Once a week I feed the starter and bake the bread; sometimes once in two weeks .

I used tilapia fish , but the best I would recommend cod fish.
