Likely haven't heard of it because my weird head made it up to make a point with a team, then I adopted it for myself until now, I share it with you! Haha:)

Here's the difference for me - if the completion of a task resulted in a reward of $1M, it would allow me to retire a few years early, freeing me of all other obligations, deadlines and reasons why excuses are generated and competing priorities are not all met.
