Thank you so much for sharing! This is such a wonderfully explained and helpful visualization - one of my biggest pet peeves is people giving the advice of "just let it roll off your back" but don't provide any tools to people for how to achieve a 'don't let it both your' type reaction/attitude. This is going into my daily reminders until it becomes habit. 🙂
