I liked this cake very much. I'm not sure for the ready made chestnut cream if it's taste is as good as our homemade chestnut cream. If I don't use cream cheese what will happen? I don't like to use cream cheese for making sweets that's why I'm asking you now. I do hope you'll give an answer to my question. Generally, it's a fantastic cake because I do love chestnuts. This is a variation of the Mont Blanc. Hidamari has done a more tradition version before.
